The size of the shower, and lack of toilet paper

The studio was well equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable! The location is very convenient and close to the main part of town. There was virtually no communication with the property staff during our stay. The woman who cleaned our room was very kind and helpful, but she was the only person we saw on the premises the entire time. I tried contacting the provided phone number via text and called three times, but never received a response. I also reached out through Booking.com, but after the initial message about the property, there was no further reply. Eventually, I had to search online for a customer service number. While the representative I spoke to was helpful, there was still a lack of follow-through overall.

We thought that Helen's apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable It was well equipped with a nice kitchen meaning we could eat in and sit on the little balcony Very quiet at night Fantastic cleaner each day Will definitely recommend to other couples or individuals

Lovely apartment, great location. Nothing

Neat, clean, private, modern, styled studio, walkable distance to the beach and many restaurants. Little balcony with wiev of the sea, we really enjoyed our stay at Helen's Studios and would revisit. The whole bathroom gets wet when one showers since there is no Glass coverage or curtain. Other than that everything was perfect and fitted our needs.

Two balconies, front & back. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, nice check-in staff (Joanne), comfortable bed, quiet. Overall great, we would stay there again. Thank you. The air con seemed a bit hit /miss. Couldn’t get it to work on the 2nd night when we returned from the restaurant. Too late to contact staff but it was ok.

Superb

It was a lovely property and extremely comfortable. Very close to all local amenities but at the same time very quiet as it was away from the Main Street. The staff that I can into contact with were all very helpful, even arranging my taxi back to the airport. The apartment was clean and was also serviced every day. I could not fault this accommodation.

Location was perfect and the studio was immaculately clean and nicely designed ? Everything was excellent!

Lovely newly decorated apartment. Very comfortable bed. Cleaning every day with clean sheets and towels every 2nd day. Lovely quiet part of the village. Bit surprised at the extra €1.50 per night government tax. Not come across this before. But this is not a slight on the accommodation, we would most definitely stay again.

Everything was OK, the beach is within 5 minutes walk. Super clean, the room was cleaned everyday. Maybe the bathroom needs a bit of renovation

Good location, clean apartment that had everything you need for your stay. Bed linen and towels changed regularly. Short distance to town and beach. We enjoyed our stay at Helen’s. Bathroom, partially shower very small however, does the job. One negative, dog barking on ground floor each night ?

We enjoyed the Studio a lot. It was very clean and there was cleaning every day. It's nicely furnished with everything you need and has nice lighting. What we liked best is that you can walk everywhere - the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, cocktail bars,... We reccomend staying at Helen's studio a lot! The only downside was that the room was advertised with ocean view and we haven't had any. Also, there were no sun blinds (e.g. umbrella) on the balcony. The shower was small without splash protection so the floor gets wet. We still reccomend staying at Helen's studio!

The room was spacious and cleaned every day with fresh towels every other day. The staff were very friendly. We would recommend!
