The breakfast was very good. During breakfast there was a strange smell which was a bit off-putting.

The location was brilliant and the staff were so friendly. Very clean rooms and the breakfast was brilliant! The shower was abit unpredictable. It was changing temperature from scolding to freezing one of the nights.

Really like the couple who run it, very friendly and very efficient. The room was clean and the position of the Inn just where we wanted to be! Food very good too. Would definitely return. Nothing.

Excellent location in a beautiful Yorkshire dales village. Blazing fire, great choice of food and drink, very friendly staff and dog friendly too. Nice comfy room and en-suite. Well located for walks and a short drive to Bolton Abbey. Free onsite car parking also. Great breakfast. Nothing really. Only slight issue was it was cold downstairs in the breakfast room but might just take time for the heating to kick in.

The pub itself was characterful and cosy with a great location.The staff were super friendly and couldn't be more welcoming and helpful.Our room was immaculate and well equipped with a comfortable bed .The heating and shower was excellent..we turned the radiator down as it was so effective. We enjoyed the local beers and excellent food from the menu in the evening.Overall a perfect stay.. We did hear some noise from the bar below in our room above the bar area ..people talking till the bar closed..not sure if due to door at the bottom of the stairs propped open or just sound travelling up.

There was a very different menu from where we live which was excellent. The staff were wonderful which always makes your stay special. The breakfast was lovely. Thanks to all the staff
