I booked a double queen room for 2 nights and when we arrived we were told they did not have any left. They offered us 2 singles for the same price. The 1st room was ok but the 2nd room had not been clean and there were dead bugs on the floor. When I reported it I was given another room. This room was bug free but the refrigerator did not work. There was a smell through out the entire hotel. It smelled like pet urine and Marijuana. There were dead bugs in all the hall ways.The next morning we decided not to stay the 2nd night and switch hotels. I was very disappointed has we had stayed there last year and it was pretty good.

I didn't have the chance to experience the room because when we got there, we were informed they didn't have a room for us. They said we had booked a room they didn't even have. We had to go find another hotel.

The room was very clean and the only disappointing thing was that there was no toaster. The staff were great and when I spoke to the manager about having to check out 2 days earlier than planned she said she'd refund me the extra days even though their policy is not to. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a safe extended place to stay in the area.

Property looked presentable. Refrigerator was broken. Had trouble getting out of the bed in the morning because my ass kept sticking to the rubber sheets.

Treated us as an inconvenience when checking in. Sorry we interrupted your video games we saw you playing behind the counter. Super uncomfortable stay. Terrible stench throughout the hotel. Obvious that people were smoking weed and potentially other substances in the rooms.

Room was fine but being a long term type property you would think that the kitchen would have dishes/glasses/silverware/pans/coffee pot/coffee cups. Had nothing….not even disposable plastic water glasses for bathroom.
