Blue Star Luxury Hotel

The house keeping was terrible. We are 3 adults and they never provided 3 cups for coffee. One day. Even we left the sign to clean the room on, we came back at 11:00 PM and the room was not cleaned. No water provided. I had to take my medication with tap water. The reception said that no one is there to support and they send us toilet papers and towels with the security person. We companied one day earlier to the reception that we only received 2 bottles of water instead of 3 and one lady came to the room with gym outfit looking very angry.!!!!!This was the worse scenario I ever faced.!!!!!The reception staff were friendly but helpless!!! Our room was overlooking the construction building-Room 509. I tried to get another one and no one to listen to you---they said we can't do anything about it. Toilet dust bin was not working and after maybe 2 days it was changed after I complained. The mirror light was not working and the light in the toilet was very bright when you wake up at night. The AC was set up at 24 degrees and you can't change. We had to open the window the first 4 nights till it became warmer, then AC worked. Little improvements and care from the management is required.

Location, underground parking, rooms and baths. They had to take my credit card number in a very old school way - retyping it somewhere. Didn’t seem very secure. They needed it as a guarantee for some lousy reason. Break fast could finish a little later than 10:00. The apartment is a bit overpriced. Not many options for 3 or 4 people who need to stay together.

Comfortable rooms, good underground parking option, and very good restaurant on-site.

Good location and the stuff was friendly. We didn't like that they wanted to charge us €10 per hour for early checking I never experienced such a requirement in all of my travels

Maybe improve a bit the breakfast offer ?

Everything looks new and well-maintained, great mattresses, and a very good location. Short walk to the metro and mall. The gym is very limited.

gym needs more equipment and better quality

The power in my room would just turn off after an hour of being in the room. The only way to reset it was to open the main door again and close it. At the reception, they told me this is an older issue with the room I was in, and they thought it was fixed. The power going off can be dangerous, especially if it happens while you are in the shower. It also meant that I couldn't charge my devices overnight, which is not ideal.

The hotel is brand new in a newly built district. The room is spacious, the bed is huge and the bathroom is also great. The guests get very good value for the money. Iron, iron board would have been great in the room. A complimentary box of paper towel would have been appreciated. The breakfast was a bit basic, I expected more from such a wonderful hotel. Everything else has been perfect.

Location is great, everything is exceptional…large comfortable bed and high quality room amenities. Everyone is professional and accommodating!

I've been staying in the hotel many times and it was always great! Rooms are spacious and well equipped, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast is also good! The only improvement I would suggest is the Reception staff- in many cases are new and not experienced, the male receptionist has been in the hotel for quite a while but still does mistakes. Generally I would suggest more smiley faces among the staff ?

Fitted our need to stay relatively close to the airport. Spacious room. Reasonable breakfast. Design of the room was a bit too grey and dull. Mattress was only reasonable. Shower door was not fully functional and water spelled all over

The lighting in the room was a little bit insufficient, not perfect for working.

Newly renovated hotel with spacious rooms, powerful air conditioning, large TV with Youtube inside, huge bed, and great Bulgarian breakfast! A little bit far from city center, but there is a metro station nearby.

Clean, quiet , modern and great value to money , the staff is polite and very friendly Nothing
