Overall a good hotel, good location, clean, with a decent breakfast.

It was slightly noisy during the night because of the window towards the main road.

No kettle in the room !

Overall the hotel is perfect. It is in a very good location, close to the subway and light rail. Breakfast is awesome, the best I had, especially the cheesecake! Even our picky kids found a lot of things to eat :) Overall, I would probably stay here many times since we'd have to travel to Sofia again in the future. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Sofia. -

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the walking distance to the mall. I had no control over the temperature of the room. The room was hot. The AC did not turn on. In order to get relief from the heat in the room I had to open the windows which made the noises from the traffic difficult to sleep through.

the bedsheets were clean and fresh washed. carpark, closed garage. the breakfast was very poor, so we needed to buy something from the market, avaialable in front of the hotel. the room was not so comfortable.

The Hotel is at a perfect and easily accessable location. We traveled to Sofia by car and found the hotel very easy to navigate, only using main city roads. The parking was safe and very spacious, we had a suv and had zero problems getting in or out. The Hotel is situated very close to metro and tram, there are multiple food and shopping options nearby, also a good and big mall. The rooms are clean and spacious, the AC is quiet and works well. The room service is perfect. The refrigetaror works good. The hotel has a good elevator which is fast. The breakfast is really nice and very detailed with lots of options, fresh and tasty, fully recomended! The reception staff speak perfect English and are very helpful. We had absolutely no problems with our stay and we will return for sure for another stay in Sofia to this hotel. Nothing. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. We can only say Thank You!

- Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was disappointing. The breakfast was very limited in variety and overly salty. Room service only included making the bed and replacing towels, which doesn’t really count as proper cleaning. The rooms have very poor sound insulation, you can clearly hear every car passing by, and the light rail feels like it’s running right through the room. The overall design is outdated, especially the bathroom, which looks like it hasn’t been renovated since the 1990s and also had a noticeable smell of mold. We even found insects in the room, and when we reported it, the receptionist just told us, “Don’t worry, they don’t do anything.” Only after insisting were we offered to move to another room, but it was smaller than the one we had booked and located in a very inconvenient area that required going through stairs and separate hallways. Overall, this was not the standard we expected for the price.

Nothing is very impressive but on the other hand nothing is wrong either.

Everything I liked everything

Everything was excellent, the staff were very friendly and super helpful, the location is great - very close to the subway and other public transport, close to stores and shopping malls. The room was clean, breakfast was good as well. Overall we are very happy with our stay, it's a great place and a really good value for money.

- crazy prices for the facilities they offer - rooms are old, 1 towel and 1 toilet paper given for 2 people - breakfast is the worst I had for a while, had stomach problems after - 170 pounds for 2 nights - better have slept in the street
