They said we have been upgraded to a suit but our room was a very normal size room. Breakfast was OK. Staff were grumpy in the morning.

- The room was nice, clean and quiet. - I appreciated the complementary bottles of water. - The ease of booking a taxi from the front desk. Super easy. - The staff - The toilet seemed a bit small. - There was no iron in the room.

Kind staff, the room was clean, tasty breakfast.

Location and stuff makes it 5 stars Horrible air conditioning. Hotel needs renovation. The ceiling is covered with mold. Tabs are broken in the shower. Basically, this is not 5 stars hotel.

The spa was great, but everything felt a bit old and worn down. Room was dirty, with mold in the bathroom. It did not feel like a 5* hotel.

Lovely hotel! The restaurant and garden were beautiful and the food was excellent I would come back again. Wifi was very spotty in my room.

Breakfast was amazing and room service also was enjoyable, fast, and easy to do. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable. There was smoke coming through the lobby every time someone went outside to smoke. No place to hang coats/items at the front of the room by the door despite there being a cubby area. No fans made for warm nights.

The cleaning was not sufficient enough, there was a smell in the sheets. And the worst part was there was a heavy smell in the bathroom and the toilet that makes the room less pleasant and comfortable.

Wonderful staff in reservations AND the restaurant. Super proactive and easily on par with some of the finest hotels in the world. The Spa is in quite nice and included with the price. There is also an amazing, upscale buffet breakfast included in the big, beautiful skylighted hotel restaurant. The only negative and it is very slight would be the location. It is quiet but not quite in the downtown area. A 3Km walk through a lovely park just across the way gets you there.

Good value of money. The pool was great! Clean and the staff were very polite The AC in our room didn’t work so we weren’t that comfortable due to the hot weather we had during our stay.

Bad breakfast without multiple choices, my room wasn’t clean, and the cleaning service didn’t make the bed and didn’t change its sheets

Great staff in reception and the bar of the hotel that speak English very well The rooms are big and comfortable, well maintained and the house keeping is working around the clock We stayed on hot days during the winter so the air conditioning worked only on heating unfortunately, but opening the windows was more than enough

The staff was very smiley and helpful! The bed was super comfortable! Slept like a baby!
