Excellent location, helpful staff, and good size room. The internet connection isn't great at all but luckily, I didn't need it. The shower is too complicated but if you can figure it out, more power to you!

Great location and a very nice house with a garden. Staff was also very pleasant. Basic accommodation without breakfast. No toiletries in the room, no kettle. That should be included within this price range.

The hotel has good facilities, staff and an excellent location. The 24-hour check-in was a big bonus, the staff responsive, and the rooms well cared for. The mattress was one of the most comfortable we've recently laid on in a hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is great. Very close to many of the main attractions, grocery stores, coffee shops and more. It was less than 10-minutes to the metro. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back. The massage shower was very confusing and we were unable to get it to work. I wish we had been able to use it, because it looked really lovely. Some instructions in the bathroom would have really helped. The bed did not have a fitted sheet, so the top sheet kept slipping off during the night. This would have made it an amazing night sleep.

After a long day out, in the evening there was no hot water for shower. Not at all. Then I taught maybe it will be in the morning somehow, but no, still just freezing water. Beds are too soft (this is just an opinion) and the restaurant doesn't serve breakfast.

As a regular guest I can say, staff working there are all very helpful and polite. Rooms are clean. Coffee machine in the lobby makes great coffee free of charge.

It was walking distance from Sofia center. It was in a quiet street, and right next door to a traditional Bulgárian restaurant where we are a really nice dinner. We could make tea or coffee any time in the lobby, even cup of soup late at night!

Everything was wonderful. Close to metro and vitosha boulevard.
