The hotel has carpets everywhere, which makes it feel warm and cozy. The reception is open 24 hours, and the staff are helpful whenever you need something. The room, furniture, and bathroom were all fine. Overall, I had a very good stay. Will stay again.

Fantastic location, five / ten minute walk to NDK. Front desk lady was nice. Room was clean, comfortable, and had character. It’s a little more expensive than some other hotels, but it’s a lot nicer.

Location was great. I walked everywhere. Breakfast was enjoyable and offered a variety of choices so that I could have something different each day. My room was huge! Much bigger than expected. I wonder if they upgraded my room but didn’t tell me. I prefer a hotel that restocks my water each day.

Good location, lovely staff. Comfortable bed. The air-conditioning was not enough to deal with the heat during our stay. It could not keep the room cool enough.

Perfect location, great breakfast, excellent hotel employees. Staff was polite and helpful during check in, check out, or when I asked to bring scrambled eggs for the breakfast (which were finished by the moment I came to breakfast at 9:00). Room was big and quiet (I asked for a quiet room during booking process), and included one king bed (I asked for it during the booking process).

The breakfast buffet was excellent, as well the omelets, yum! And the coffee was pretty good too, the staff were very friendly and helpful too. not much I can think of

The staff at the restaurant during the breakfast were very polite and professional. Location is perfect to walk to the center. Even though the room was non smoking, it extremely smelt cigarette smell. It was too much for non smokers like me. Also the internet connection was not stable. It was dropping frequently.
