The room was cozy, everything was clean. The staff (both morning and late shifts) were extremely helpful! Special thanks to them. Also, the location is very good, next to a big avenue and close to a metro station.

The location is excellent, close to the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel has great facilities, everything is clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable, well equipped, and had everything I needed for my stay. Overall, a great place to stay in Sofia with excellent value for money.

Great location. Very kind receptionist. The room is all you need for a business trip - comfortable bed, excellent shower, space for your suitcase and a kettle. Overall the hotel is very clean. There is no elevator so if you are travelling with a big suitcase it could be challenging.

The location, the room, the staff. The history of the hotel. Nothing particular. There is no elevator in the hotel which might be a bit trouble to some people as you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. However, it was not a problem for me.
