Visito Apart House

We liked closeness to metro station and city center. We didn't like the neighborhood itself. There are many buildings in bad shape and serving basically as a squat.

Overall, everything was fine — good conditions for the price. There are cats on the property, and they use cars as a place to rest. In my case, this resulted in scratches on the car’s paintwork. It seems that the cats were likely jumping from the car onto the fence, as I was parked nearby, and there were visible paw marks left on the surface.

Location - not close to restaurants. No chair in the room.

Everything was great. We have a very tall car, and we asked to find us parking nearby. There was a huge parking lot literally 100 meters from the hotel at a very cheap price.

Bed and pillows to hard for us.

Smooth check-in, check-out, comfy bed, enjoyed the balcony. Extra bonus points for parking in the garage ☺️ -

The mattress was a bit too hard for me.

Great apartment for the price. The place is very clean and everything seemed new. Even though we took the basic room with a bathroom, the room is of a decent size with a balcony and a pretty large bathroom. The room also had glasses and a kettler as well as a mini fridge where you could put some food. We also paid for a parking spot and accessed it easily with the clear instructions we got. The walls are thin, and noise is heard in the evening and night. Nobody was making any ruckus on purpose, but you can hear when people are walking the corridors, unlocking doors, etc. which can wake you up in the night.

Crammed parking area, difficult access.

About 15 minute walk from city center, 5-6 minute walk from Lidl, 10 minute walk from local bakery. Clean, perfect for a 3 day stay for our family of 4. The neighborhood isn't fancy (various mechanic type shops around), but even so we never felt unsafe and it's great value for money.

Just that we had parking. It was terrible. Please be careful when choosing this property, because we had a one night stay and it was chaotic. People were screaming and shouting and playing loud music all night. We barely could sleep for an hour, and in the morning one lady knocked on our door until we were up. I suppose it was the cleaning lady, I am not sure but did not understand at all what she wanted We contacted the property and they just replied just as we were checking out. As you can see from the screenshot, they were unbothered. Don’t be fooled by the price. It’s not worth it, even just for a night.

The room was clean, the check in was well explained, and it was very easy to get the keys, and return them. The neighborhood was peaceful, and in case all parking spots are reserved, there is a big parking place one minute away from the apartment. /

Spatius room. Fridge, microwave and kettle in the room. -

Best location in city center, very clean, warm hospitality, quality for services. You have safe parking, that it is a plus, attention in city for radars camera!!

Room was clean and well maintened. Parking is a big plus.
