The bed was comfortable, the room clean. The staff was excellent! Ivan was very helpful with directions, restaurant suggestions. The location was great, close to the attractions and restaurants/bars/shopping. The metro to the airport is a very short walk away. Small lift but not really an issue.

our room really needed a thorough cleaning. Carpet was stained and not well vacuumed, drapes were so dusty that when I closed them I had a sneezing fit, and the shower had lots of mold in the grout lines all over. My husband and son are usually not very concerned about cleanliness but even they were not happy. The sleeper sofa was not comfortable for an adult.

Very centrally locate, closed to all historical attractions. Nothing all good

O quarto que fiquei precisa de uma deep clean, pois carpete estava bem sujo, os azulejos do banheiro também. A cama é demasiadamente macia, não sendo confortável. Tive contato com duas pessoas na recepção, sendo que um deles não foi nada solícito para fornecer informações sobre a cidade.

The price was a bit expensive.

The hotel is very well located, walking distance from the main attractions and you are very free and safe to walk around.

The location is in the super center of the city. The rooms are comfortable and have all the necessary things for a wonderful stay and overnight stay. The hotel is new and the staff is professional. I had to leave the hotel early in the morning to go to the airport and I had no problems. Everything went very well. Since the hotel is close to the state's administrative buildings, there are too many uniformed security guards around doing their job.

The room is vwry good. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is good. None.

Location clean breakfast accommodating stuff comfortable bed. There were protests outside and it was very noisy Day and night. But the location is next to National Assembly It is hard to predict the situation in advance.

Room was on a street with rather loud car traffic (cobblestone). It was ok with war plugs and AC/heating system in operation. Rooms are dated, especially bathrooms. The mattress was uncomfortable and sagging.

The location, the cleaning ladies were very nice, one of the front desk people were nice - not all. Old. The photos do not portray how worn down it is. Our reservations were not honored meaning what we booked we did not get. The blankets on the beds are too small for the beds so two people cannot fit under the blanket - all our rooms had this problem. First night in, everyones room only had one towel for two people and no one to help with that at 11pm. The elevator was never available or constantly got stuck on other floors or was in use by the maids. We were mostly all on the too floors and had to walk up and down 5 levels everytime. Many small thing need repair. The showers were hot but constantly fluctuated between cold and hot - I think they are affected by other clients using water.
