Best Western Plus Lozenetz Hotel

מים במקלחת בחדר 401 כמעט ולא ירדו בכלל. אחרי חצי דקה עומד במים מעל כף הרגל ומים ממלאים לאט את כל האמבטיה. ניקיון לא טוב של החדרים. רואים שלא מנכים את האסלות. בחדר שינה של הורים אין שום ריהוט למעט מיטה ו2 שידות. מזגנים בקושי עובדים ולא באמת מצליחים לקרר את החדרים. ארוחת בוקר סבירה, לא מעבר. לסיכום לא מומלץ.

Breakfast can be better.

The location was perfect, the room was large and comfortable, the reception guys were always very helpful The room was neat and tidy but sometimes it seemed that it wasn’t cleaned very well

Large rooms Not clean at all, dirty walls and bathrooms Worst breakfast, we could not eat it as we were the only ones there and it looked and smelled bad We were asked for additional payment for parking

Breakfast was quite basic, but you could find something for everyone

I booked a room which included the parking. We arrived late but parking was full and we could park our car across from the hotel. Own risk which ment our car might be gone next day at 5am when we had to leave for the airport. In addition the shower was leaking all over the place. I will not book here anymore.

The location and in particular the room 201, where if it will possible, obviously, I would like to be settled next time :) BR Stefano Cappio

Position

The breakfast was basic and the same for 3 days. Its tasty but plain. The cleaning staff skipped our room even though we put a sign on the room to clean up. Instead, they turned it over to do not disturb sign. That was really not something that we expected and rude.

The location is convenient, aproximativ 20 min from the city center, and private parking is available for 10 eur. The reception staff was professional and responsive when we reported the issue with our room. The cleanliness was below what we expected from a 4 star hotel, our 1st room 401 had long black hairs on the floor, we found a used napkin with blood stains under the pillow and a large spider on our kid bed. We asked to change our room, but even after changing the room, we got a duvet with blood stain, although it was replaced immediately. The bed table was sticky, with clean stains from the cupa. In the room it was very hot due to lack of air conditioning. Our room was facing the street and it was very noisy, due to the traffic on that street.

Was cleanish I booked two rooms same price, it was my birthday yet my friend got a room with balcony and my room was very small. Breakfast was terrible. Too crowded by the coffee machine, chaotic needs a rethink

Location and quality/ price

Location is good if you don't want to be in the middle of the city. 5 min walk to metro and small shopping center. Staff are extremely helpful and kind Clean hotel, very good breakfast Great for solo traveller The shower is nice but the water pressure is low

Nothing in particular. Maybe breakfast could use some expansion, but everything else just right, even for a family of four.

The location is good, walking distance to city center, metro stop very close by and also small grocery stores nearby, some open 24/7. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean, bathroom too! Coffee machine and kettle with tea in the room is very nice. We were visiting in late March and weather was very cold - we had issues with warming up the room with AC. The breakfast are good but very basic, so please set your expectations :) 1 thing that surprised us was the access to our room - we were on the top floor (6th) but the lift goes only to 5th floor and then you need to take very steep stairs - I cannot imagine to carry heavy baggage on my own there. Also, we missed a balcony.

Very clean and very friendly staff, also the parking was a nice bonus because it made me feel like my car is safe, very good price for the value you are getting The wifi was pretty much nonexistent and all the cameras had the same easy password(a hackers dream), and the breakfast was a little disappointing lacking diversity and especially quality...

Thanks to the receptionist's (Nikola) professional and helpful attitude, check-in/out went very smoothly. Overall, the staff were friendly. The room was spacious. The hotel is located in a quiet & nice neighbourhood - very close to the metro station. Parking is a plus, if needed.
