החדר שהזמנתי היה חדר עם מטבח, הזמנתי אותו גם כדי שיהיה לי חדר גדול יותר וגם כדי שאני אוכל לשלוט באוכל במהלך השהיה. אבל המקום היה פשוט לא ראוי, הכלים ישנים ומטונפים ברמה כזאת שאי אפשר אפילו לנקות אותם, קולט אדים לא עבד ולכן כל דבר שהכנו הסריח את החדר, מגבות קיבלנו שתי מגבות קטנות שתי מגבות גדולות איפה מגבת לשיער? איפה מגבת למטבח? אלה דברים קטנים אבל זה חלק ממה שעושה את האירוח מבינוני למושלם. היו חסרים דברים בסיסיים כמו מלח, הרי לא מצופה הרי שאני אביא את זה איתי.

Big room, comfortable bed, good location Communicating door to next room, but our friend was not in the room on the other side of that door.

Location is perfect. Staff where fine. Room was decsent & clean, beds where comfortable. 1. The air conditioning in the room was not working well. 2. There was no close parking for our big car. I needed to park 200-300m away.

Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y nos cambiaron en cuanto lo comunicamos la habitación Preguntamos el primer día si había posibilidad de preparar un picnic y a través de la plataforma nos informaron de que si, pero luego en el mostrador nos informaron de que debía solicitarse el día anterior antes del medio día, y que la respuesta que nos dieron fue generada automáticamente por la IA. Pero no fue nada que nos hiciera no volver a seleccionar este hotel si volviésemos a Sofia

Very close to downtown.. 5-10 mins walk and you can get to any tourist places in Sofia by Metro Limited parking space.

Location is great. The room was in the new part of the building. Very nice, but prefer the central building. Breakfast is great. They have a garage too. When we go to Sofia, we are always stay in this hotel.

There were private parties all through the weekend on our floor with very loud noise and until after midnight.

Everything else. The place smelled really bad. The room smelled like urine. The air-conditioned didn't work. The metro was right outside the place so the room was very noisy.

Location Inner circle rooms are close to the massive air conditioner, which makes them very noisy at night. When informed reception about it, received a sarcastic smile back. I stayed here two times, both times, I had hair on my plate at the breakfast. Long dark hair. No apology in both cases was offered by the hotel staff after I made a complain.
