The design, it’s a nicely decorated hotel in a very central location, coffee available in reception area. Air conditioning did not work, we reported and were told that it would take time to work, later on we came back in the evening and it was only making noise, with over 30 degrees, it was very inconfortable to stay and sleep (no one was in reception after 5 pm to report once again) The shower also needs some maintenance.

The location was truly amazing - in the very center of the city! The staff was welcoming and helpful, assisted me with different needs and answered all my questions. They even accommodated an earlier check in.

Terrace was nice A/C didn't work and the host didn't bother to mention it when checking in When A/C was discussed the next day, we were told to open a window. A bar next door has people yelling and singing on the street until 6:30 am on the weekends, normally no problem unless you have the window open due to no A/C

The bathroom was too dark. The amount I paid does not seem worth staying. I expected a better view for the price paid.

Rooms are big and nicely decorated Heating system is not working at all and I paid for the room and stayed at another hotel because of freezing room.

Location and design of the hotel are nice.the room was exactly like the photo. It is not s hotel for the business trip and long stay. Breakfast start at 8.00 and it has only one menu means everyday same breakfast ı had. Also they did not clean the room and bath during my stay. They just handling bed and furniture.

I had problems with the automatic entry due to international phone issues, and the property was unresponsive. After that problem, however, the stay was good.

The room was quite small but functional and the bed was comfortable. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to visit in Sofia. We parked our rental car in "Parking Central" 24/7 underground car park which was 7 minutes walk away. No comment on the staff because our only interaction was to hand back the key when we left. We used the automated check-in in the evening.

Nice modern hotel within short walking distance of attractions and restaurants. Attractive decor in common areas with exposed brickwork. Small outdoor area to sit. Our room had a balcony.

Great location, nice staff, big rooms and very comfortable. The air conditioning didn’t work right - even at the lowest setting it could not get the room cool and was very loud.

The woman at the front desk was helpful in planning our trip. The bathroom was pretty nice. They have free drinks and guidebooks in the lobby. The balcony was very nice. We don’t usually need air conditioning but booked this place because of the heat waves in Europe. And there was one while we were there. It wasn’t horrible, but the aircon was broken, so we had to leave the balcony door open all night, letting in bugs, cigarette smoke, and light in the morning. We were told ‘sorry for the inconvenience,’ which is something I’d love to tell a hotel if I had 10 euros less than the price. But it doesn’t work that way. Also, the design of the rooms is very odd, with lots of lighting fixtures falling out of the walls.

The room is spacious, the balcony was nice, the bathroom is okay but the floor inside is kind of sticky and there is this weird metal tube just hanging around. Not enough space to hang the towels… It was too expensive for what it was. The carpet in the room needs cleaning. Looked way better on the pictures. The breakfast is shit - don’t book breakfast!

The room was nice and spacious, and the bathroom too. The windows and balcony had a nice view. There is a bit of the street sound on the 2nd floor.
