Earth and People Hotel & Spa

The location Old and dated. Broken door, no toilet flush switch (broken) TV control button mission(broken) No water one night and morning for shower or to brush my teeth. The room is very basic and bed is uncomfortable. The pictures advertising the hotel are not true. The WiFi didn’t work. I have videos and pictures to proved all the above. I would definitely not stay here again.

in the picture was good in reality not Floor was with carpet and carpet was very dirty, it says they have free pool and spa and they inform us the day of traveling after reservation was completed that pool and spa is not operating when we message hotel they replly emails very late we where traveling with babys and we emailed for earlier checkins twice they reply late and say that will inform us since it depends from availability and never email back to let us know if its possible or not accessibility from car parking to room was so messy car parking was -4 floor there was no lights and many stuff on the floor no signs to find the elevator door we had to use flashlights

The breakfast was amazing.

Bad internet connection for 4t floor and without TV ? and location little bit far from city center everything else was good.

Stuff is excelent and try to acomodate all needs that come across your need, Ameneties in room was perfect, and you can see that stuff is working there best with was it offered to them. I have stayed at this hotel many times, but unfortunately it is not being invested in at all and has been left to decay. The spa center is no longer the same as it was. It is slowly showing signs of disrepair.

Nothing Everything

The staff were super helpfull. One person did everything and yet managed to support all of our requests to change the rooms, to help with Taxi, food, coffe, etc. The breakfast was light but nice and sufficient, everything was fresh. The rooms we eventually got were good and spacey. Shower was great and the Spa & Pool were really nice and a great way to spend a few hours with the kids Rooms we got initially did not have A/C working. Some family memebers did not want to switch due to hassle and stayed with those rooms. The choices for room switches was limited and were the A/C was working it was very weak and not cooling that well. In the summer it will be hellish. In June it may be acceptable. Some parts of the hotel does not smell good, mostly in Wing A. The elevators are a MAZE! I could not figure this out. It's next to a highway so rooms facing the road, even though double-glazed - can be heard. The building floors are mixed with a hospital so not clear what is used where and b whom. The mattress is not comfortable

I didn't like the fact that until 4 or 5 in the morning I could hear people drinking alcohol and I couldn't sleep because of the noise those people were making. I hope that next time I visit this Hotel this won't happen!!

The pool was nice and having parking was comfortable We took 2 rooms, they were dirty, the bed wasn’t comfortable, the shower had mold.

The breakfast was acceptable. Very dirty in the room as well as the bathroom. It is also very noisy.

The spa was really nice, clean and relaxing. The breakfast was really good, fresh fruit, warm food and not one plate was empty. Comfortable beds, good stuff and helpful❤️❤️❤️
