I had paid for my cousin and her 3 children for a suite with breakfast for 1 adult and 3 children, whose ages were specified. I prepaid the entire trip and made sure everything was confirmed, only to find out that the hotel didn’t allow two of the children to eat their breakfast. Thus, 2 children went outside of the hotel to look for food. Absolutely horrible service and zero hospitality!

The location cannot be more convenient (right next to the theatre and main square), private underground parking with friendly security officers, extremely professional reception team, marvelous restaurant. The entire hotel is classy. This is the first time I saw a reception representative reading passport data with dedicated NFC scanner. The green tile in the bathroom is something from another world, creating unique atmosphere. The room is perfectly conditioned and furnished. This hotel is aimed at business people and diplomats (or maybe even secret service agents pretending to be diplomats), reminding of the good old times. It is a true five star hotel in the heart of Sofia. It is completely unacceptable to have a password-free, ubiquitous and flawlessly working Wi-Fi Internet when in some other 5-star hotels you have to go into the lobby just to check your email with a time-limited card…

Room, restaurant and location were all terrific. Some of the front desk staff were not friendly. The hotel had a wedding event that was loud until 2:45 a.m. It was located right under our room. Even noise canceling headphones did not disrupt the noise level sufficiently. We understand that is a risk when staying in hotel; however, the hotel could have made an effort to locate guests not connected to the event to locations that would be the least noisy. Despite 2 complaints in person, staff made no effort to mitigate the issue.

Slav, at the reception desk was especially considerate with us, excellent attention and sweet, good humored, and the rest of the staff at the desk were all helpful, the room was larger than expected (corner room) and very clean with all amenities at hand. the coffee in the room was terrible, and we ordered room service, received a cold coffee, next day we had a different coffee brand but it did not fit the coffee machine, so again, had no morning coffee in the room.

The room was very confortable, the location was great and the breakfast fantastic. The reception staff was very courteous helped us with every thing we needed. A pleasure talking to them.
