Classic Breakfast ends too early

Bathroom could use some upgrade. The bath was clean but badly stained (and way too high to get in!)

Excellent support from the staff during our visit, especially helping with a minor medical emergency.

It is so fine if you stay in Sofia. Comfortable and clean rooms, the staff is helpful. The breakfast is so good!

Very well located hotel, clean, with spacious rooms and bathrooms. It is close to the main tourist attractions, and the staff was very friendly throughout the stay. The included breakfast menu was varied, generous, and delicious. n/a

The breackfast and the coffee was very good. The beds are confortable.

The WiFi was very weak in my room so I had to go down to the lobby to use my phone.

Staff was extremely friendly and breakfast à la carte was very good. Next to a metro station and just few minutes walking to the center. The location feels a little bit unsafe at night.

The location. The bed was missing the toppings. So you can feel the mattress springs stabbing, the front desk attitude is not appropriate, no late check out, and when you ask them they say 11pm while on booking it says 12pm. The hotel is very noisy, the walls are like biscuits you can hear all rooms around you, you are on the street so all cars, metro shaking, trams!! Also, they don’t offer free bottled water water

Location and staff are great

Nothing really, except one should take notice that the breakfast is in a comercial cafe that is part of the hotel, so there is a little bit of a wait and one should count on it if in hurry.

Photo of the front looked great, hurra for photoshop, restaurant next door had a good burger, water pressure in shower was decent and the pillows comfortable. Room stunk of raw sewage and mold, the carpet is stained up, and looks like it’s original from when the hotel was built. The WiFi didn’t work, which was no surprise for the staff, when we inquired about it. We checked out after one night as it was unbearable to stay in the stink any longer, staff just shrugged their shoulders like they were used to it. Talked to other guests, who also said their rooms smelled bad. It’s surrounded by a dirty and ill maintained neighborhood, over all a shame, for this architectural gem, they clearly need the money to repair it, would have like to be able to say something more positive, but unfortunately it would be unfair to other guests not to give you a head up.
