It wasn't allowed for us to eat in the hotel rooms. That was super odd.

It's good to have an elevator. The room was plenty big for me and the bed was comfortable. There were many places to store things, although I didn't bring much. I liked having a refrigerator. The night entrance was easy to use. The location put me close to the bus station and to trams and city buses. The shower was very good and I appreciate the grab bar. I would like to have coffee available.

My experience was not great. The front desk is not staffed 24 hours, which was inconvenient. When I asked about luggage storage, they did not offer a secure option and simply told me to leave my bag in the lobby. I didn’t feel comfortable with that. This is something future guests should be aware of.

I requested a king bed for two people and i was confirmed i was getting one but instead was two single beds really uncomfortable

Although they call themselves "Cheap Hotel", the place is very comfortable and convenient.

That from 11 o clock they start to knocking on the door and calling at the phone, what was not professional, because we late only 15 minutes, and we came late at the hotel ! It's for first time that seriously trying to kick me outside ;) ?

A nice place close to the bus station, clean facilities, shops and restaurants around. Pretty quiet too. All was ok

Small hotel close to station and major bus stops. Easy walk to town and restaurants. Nice welcome and hotel instructions at reception. Room was small but adequate My room was next to the elevator so I heard everyone coming and going during the night, both inside and outside the hotel. This wasn't great, rooms away from the elevator would be much quieter.

The room was clean I can't understand why you put toilet with shower in the same space. You need to ventalat the toilet or you will get mold.. as you got. The carpets...i used my slippers..

Central location, clean, nice staff. Near central bus station and a mere walk to the lion's bridge which leads to Sofia's historical centre. All facilities are up-to-date and are well kept. But be warned that the shower is an Italian type. It's a question of getting used to.
