R34 Boutique Hotel

Very central location, right next to busy street with lots of cafes and restaurants. Quite spacious room. Very good value compared to price. no elevator so consider that you will need to carry luggage on two flight of stairs (was ok for us as we did not have much luggage).

Location was excellent. Rooms very spacious No warm water in bathroom. Unfortunately had to take cold showers though the hotel offered us 10 percent refund but that hasn't happened yet

No hot water in the bathroom and the shower was leaking it was super slippery like a swimming pool. As there is no receptionist (out of working hours) no one to help or to solve the issue. We couldn't shower. also, they have stairs no lift so not convenient if you have heavy luggage's or kids' trolleys,

One of the staff members at the lobby was very nice. She was very helpful. But the following day, one of the staff member (young and short woman) was very very, very rude. I went up to the front desk and stood in front of her and she did not even acknowledge my presence. I have been standing in front of her for three minutes, and I was only 2 feet away from her yet she did not even acknowledge me. Finally, I told her "would you like me to come back?" And then she started asking what I needed, and she would not even look at me. She was staring at her computer the whole time. I thought it was very rude.

The hotel itself is a great value. It is centrally located and they are massive. Very spacious. Great value for your money and I will definitely stay here again. Because the location is amazing- right outside. The hotel are cool cafés and bars and restaurants. There are two girls that work their reception. One is incredibly nice and sweet well the younger one is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I wish the nice girl would train the other one.

We really appreciated the staff's availability for any request, which made our stay very pleasant. Additionally, we liked the size of the room, the cleanliness of the property, and the convenient location. Overall, a great experience! However, we didn't like that the bathroom doesn't have a shower with a glass partition or something similar, so every time we took a shower, everything got wet.

Location I don’t like how they advertise themselves as a boutique hotel. It is more than stretching the market tactic, more like a scam. This place is a luxury HOSTEL not hotel. Located in the second floor of an apartment building. Regular residents live in the same building and on the same floor. The reception is within the unit. Staff are available only during the check-in and check out time. They just share the password of your door and outdoor. No luggage accepted. Not allowed to arrive early or late. They kicked me out (more correctly gave me 30 mins) to leave the facility after I checked out when I wanted to wait in their small common lounge. Too expensive for a hostel.

the location the lobby and the hallway were super dirty, alcohol everywhere, even condoms.... and it was super noisy all night long with people partying! I could barely sleep. It was horrible!

Great location, clean place. The ac in our room really struggled to keep it cool at night, although it was a very hot night. Everything else was nice

Clean, new, perfectly central location, nice common space and good interior. Rooms are exactly as on the photos. Easy self check-in after 5pm. Loud water pump when using the bathroom facilities.

Excellent location. The reception is apparently unattended from 5pm and communication from staff is very limited. The 24 hour contact promise was not kept and messages and calls went unanswered, creating unnecessary stress. The plumbing is also very noisy and the hot water temperamental. Which is all too bad because the location is unbeatable and the concept has promise.

The property is very special, very clean, the staff very polite and helpful, the location is the best of the best.

The location, the room is super big as we were three, we were more than fine with the space. Modern and trendy.
