Generally, it is OK. very small selection of breakfast dishes; cold meals. For the room rate paid, breakfast should be much better.

Newly renovated luxury hotel at affordable rate. Impeccable cleanness, helpful staff, amazing breakfast. Well connected to public transportation, great for teleworking. Many choices for restaurants and a supermarket (Kaufland) in walking distance.

Great location and overall excellent facilities. The hotel is very suitable for events and conferences, with well-organized spaces. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The property feels well-maintained and recently renovated. We experienced a small inconvenience related to our reservation, which caused some initial confusion during check-in. Fortunately, the situation was resolved by the staff. It seems like this could occasionally happen with third-party booking systems, but I believe it was an isolated case.

The location It is old, the room was old and dark , no water to the room after hours even at a cost as I was not asking it for free. The breakfast had limited options and no staff to cater to questions on the type of food

Good location. The restaurant on the top floor had amazing food. The staff at the reception desk was rude and irritable not just with us but other customers all well. They were very busy, but that's no excuse. The room smelled a bit funky. I also think that it was never mentioned that you have to pay for the parking, which I don't mind, but I would like to know beforehand.

I could hear the music and feel the bass from the bar on the top floor eventhough I was 5 floors below. There were 5 electric sockets placed in inconvenient locations (only one next to the bed) and 3 of them somehow didn't work. There was no soap in the room. The breakfast buffet was limited with not enough options. The twin bed was hard and uncomfortable.

The acomodation is great the restaurant is amazing We have never been in to better place in Sofia The best thing in the Hotel is the staff extremly friendly and helpfull aways with a smile

It is a new hotel, so everything is clean, neat and tidy. The staff was very welcoming and polite. It is certainly done with taste, there is parking available. The location is amazing, within walking distance from the key central spots. I did not like the fact that there is no ventilation in the bathroom. Showering with warm water feels like a sauna.
