Ibis Sofia Airport

The room was clean, the staff were nice, the location was perfect. We had early flight and we used the free transfer from the hotel to the airport at 5 o'clock in the morning. And since we were about to miss the breakfast in the hotel they packed it and gave it to us in the morning. Thank you for that

Smell in the bathroom.

There was tee maker in the room but no tee or coffe and no cups (onlj two glasses). There was no shower gel in the bathroom (the containers were empty)

The shuttle, the distance from the airport, and the sandwich , because I couldn't be there for the breakfast. I didn't have a body gel in the tube of the shower.

מיטות לא נוחות בכלל. חדר קטן מאוד! יש כאלו שזה לא מפריע להם לישון בכל מצב אבל מי שכן מפריע לו פשוט לא ישן טוב בלילה אם בכלל ישן.

Close to the airport, great room and breakfast. All was great!

The staff was very welcoming when I arrived. The meal I had was very well prepared and tasty. The location was decent to bridge one night. This rooms on my floor were very subject to noise from the hallway. There were people talking and the room was next to a water dispenser, which often had people loudly talking next to it. It was like they were literally inside my room on the second floor. This was the only real downside to staying at the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located to the airport. The shuttle service is great and convenient. The room was a bit smaller than expected. However, it was quite and clean. Breakfast was a buffet style. We also had a nice dinner at the restaurant. Everyone we interacted with during our stay was very pleasant .

I was very pleasantly surprised at receiving a bag breakfast for my early 6 AM flight. Very thoughtful. A shuttle to the airport was also very helpful.

The hotel was very close to the airport. The room was very clean and stylish. The breakfast was also very good - a buffet with various choices. Overall great quality for decent price.

I had late flight that landed after midnight, so it was very convenient to walk 10 minutes and to get directly to the hotel. Everything was fine, fast check-in, friendly and helpful stuff at the reception, comfortable bed and quite well breakfast. I liked that there was water machine on the floor that ai could fill my bottle with cold, hot or even soda water. Walls are quite thin, so some noise from the lobby can be heard in the room. However the windows have great isolation, so no noise of landing/taking off planes wasn’t heard in the room at all.

Location and amenities!The stuff is friendly and helpful. Shuttle service and free breakfast.Reasonable price. Small room and exterior architecture, Suggestion the city of Sofia should collect higher tax.

The hotel is close to the airport and very convenient if you happen to arrive late/leave early from Sofia. It offers a parking and a shuttle to the terminal. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but clean and well kept. There is a restaurant where you can grab a quick dinner if you don't feel like going downtown. The breakfast is also good. The parking lot was a bit crammed.
