- Location ; lots of buses or taxies to reach several tourist area (beach, Seorak Mountain, etc......) - Easy Access to Sokcho Market, beach, seafood restaurants, etc.... - Clean & comfort room, large closet, wonderful Chungcho Lake View ! - Low water pressure of the rainwater shower head

Breakfast was good. Over priced for what you get but good. Staff weren’t available all day, and limited in English skills. But kind and happy to help when they understood what was happening. AC remotes were removed from rooms for some dumb reason, and the heater was not controllable. I literally slept with the door open because of how hot the room was.

friendly staff. very clean and modern facilities. although a wet bathroom, there is a shower separation. extremely convenient location, right in the heart of sokcho with amazing views of the lake. the building has a direct access convenience store and restaurants on first floor. 5 minutes walking distance to the sokcho tourist market. washing machine inside room was a bonus. the staff provides extra amenities and leaves by door side each day, if you're staying for more than 2 days I think. there is a paid coin laundry also on the first floor, if you need to quickly dry your clothes (but a little overpriced). overall an unexpectedly awesome experience. will definitely stay here again!

This is the second time in a year we’ve stayed here. The location is very good. the room function is perfect, providing a lot of space to keep stuff plus a washing machine, a microwave, a big fridge, toiletries. Beds and room are clean with very good view of the lake and the colorful bridge of sokcho at night. The hotel sfaff even cannot speak English, they’ve tried to communicate via translate app, good service. surely recommended!! Just a little thing, there is no bathroom mat.

I like the location of place, calmness and kind staff. Further, natural views and bed quality is also good. Outside many restaurants are there for eating foods. I like bed quality as it is comfortable and getting well sleep. The room quality is very poor compared to my previous hotel experiences. They didnot provide any facility in the hotel except bath towels, however, at the time of booking.com it showing all facilities, however, actual there is no any facility. Only TV, and shampoo, bath soaps are provided. Further, no any chair or sitting or eating table. Overall, I highly disappointing for showing facility on the booking.com and actual provided by hotel management.

Comfortable bed. Washing Machine and drying rack in room. Super fast Wifi. Hotel is new and quiet, great views from upper floors. Hotel staff were cheerful and tried their best to communicate in English. Would be awesome if there were cooking utensils as there is a mini stove in each room and local food options are limited to mainly seafood. The nearest supermarket is a way away on the other side of town.
