I will book with them again in the future. The front desk/reception gentleman was very cordial and friendly.

Hotel provided what we needed! A quiet & clean place to sleep with comfortable beds. A grab and go breakfast with coffee was so helpful! And the staff was incredibly nice!!!

I’d request a room that ends in an even number as most of the odd numbers had the dirt lot view). Parking was easy but considering there are renovations happening, not all spots are available and it seems there could be a possibility of it being full at night despite being $16 a night. It wasn’t a horrible stay but I likely wouldn’t stay again.

Newly remodeled rooms (May 2026) are absolutely beautiful and well done — no complaints there. And, the location is possibly 10/10 — close to beach and to the Design District. During my stay, however, the common areas were under construction and made the stay uncomfortable and disorienting, as there was no warning in advance when i reserved the room. So… great place but a wait and see when all is done.

Drywalling, no stair use, dusty. They should have not used regular rates during this period because the expectation did not uphold because of all the construction going on. Our room was renovated already- the theme and colors were potentially “Hilton-grade” but sorry to say- their contractors weren’t that good because the wallpaper in our room was already bubbling and the floor was wavy.

The hotel was still under construction. Other than that it was ok. The room was very clean but the hotel smells old. I would stay here again after construction is completed.

Location was nice No hot water at the time of the stay. It spanned the entire stay which was 4 days. Offered 15% off of the entire stay as a compromise for the inconvenience. To me, this was offensively low.

Property is currently being renovated and you can't use the stairs. Rooms have been renovated and look nice. Balconies look out onto a dismal parking lot/commercial area. The layout is awkward with the elevator located in the parking garage (no access from lobby). Please note, in addition to your room key, you need the elevator access key card that opens the door from the parking garage to get to the elevator. If you don't have this, you will be locked out.

Beautiful clean rooms and welcoming friendly staff! Nice grab and go breakfast with hot items as well. Cute little pool and the rooms have lil balcony’s.

Under construction. No notice and no acknowledgment. No iron available. Only steamer. Had to call to get one. Room was right next to construction.

Newly renovated. Beautifully designed room and great location. Staff was friendly and professional.

Property was under major construction which was not disclosed in advance. My 82 year old mother had to walk up and down the stairs because the elevator was out.

They did not tell me until after I booked my stay that there was remodeling construction ongoing and the hot tub was not available and there was construction debris and a temporary entrance into the lobby from the parking garage. The only working elevator was a "new" service elevator that was very slow. I like the location, the newly remodeled rooms are nice, but the construction was disruptive and annoying.
