Beautiful property in lovely grounds staff were extremely polite and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and our room (19) had a lovely big bathroom. Unfortunately no air conditioning and being on the top floor the room was too warm. A fan is supplied in the room but had very little effect. Appreciate that we are experiencing some extremely hot weather at the moment which is obviously no fault of the hotel.

Everything was lovely, immaculately clean, rooms very spacious. The ladies at the desk were extremely helpful and able to accommodate our family last minute request. Also stayed in the stables and rooms were beautiful Nothing

The staff were excellent, polite, friendly and helpful. The food was very good indeed. The location is beautiful, the house and grounds were really well presented. Nicely stocked bar and a really nice breakfast. The room was smaller than expected, with a low angled ceiling. There is constant but slight traffic noise from the nearby M40. Our room was not air conditioned so it can be warm in this weather.

Staff..friendly and professional. Only one point, and that's a subjective one...the morning coffee was not the best,at least for us. Minor point I admit.

The staff were excellent and the hotel well situated and had very nice grounds I can't say I thought the room was great. We were in room 17 at the top of the hotel. When ever you tried to walk around the room you had to stoop otherwise you would bump your head on the sloping walls or on the low light fitting.Cant think how many times me and my wife said mind your head. Should have a sign in the room saying it
