The room and grounds appear clean. The room is pet friendly and upon entering the room there was dog poop under one of the beds. The cracks of the couch and chair had food crumbs and that tells me they aren’t very extensive with the cleaning. Although it had a “full sized” kitchen, the stove wan not functional and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Power surges caused the breaker to have to be reset multiple times in a three day period. The floors and especially the hand rails of the stairwells were extremely dirty. There were visible finger prints on the windows in the room and throughout the building that were not cleaned off through out our stay. The elevator had finger prints and hand prints that were not once cleaned off during a three day stay. Not nearly enough towels, no soap at all in the room. And there was very little information on anything about the hotel or stay in the room. We could hear the people above our room walking loudly at all times. For as nice as this place seems I was disappointed that the little details are overlooked

Room lacks basic soap, shower gel, the iron!! I booked twice this month because of my son’s graduation. First time was OK. Second time is now!! Manager is horrible, knows nothing about hospitality and hotels!! I believe her name is Victoria, asked her if I can check out an hour late, she said it’s always a No. I came to the room and no iron, no shampoos or any piece of soap, dirty towels in the kitchen, I called, she told me there’s no room service come down and get it yourself!!!!!!!!! On my way down, I met room service guy, very nice and got me what I needed . Today I called to see if my late checkout was approved, as she never got back to me as promised, they told me noone is here today, the manager is working from home!!!!! And no body in the lobby area !!!! I believe staff are the key point to loving a facility or never come back again

I didn't like only basic cable. For the money, best bang for the money. Some rooms nearby were loud at times but did not cost me any sleep loss. One problem I had was unlocking the building side door to the staircase which was the shortest distance to my room on the second floor. Highly recommend. I'd like to mention two female employees. One, between 5pm and 6 pm, and the other at checkout at 1100am. They were nice and friendly with smiles on their faces. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I hope this hotel never lowers the high standards that I found their. I will stay there again. Best wishes in all of your travels.

housekeeping was extremely terrible, front staff was so rude, seemed like new to customer service had no sort of common sense or empathy for the people staying, rude and just had nasty attitudes, otherwise hotel was nice, floors were dirty

And rest arriving to the hotel room is ready we didn't expect to stay first floor but due the busy weekend we accepted the room have a terrible smells after my note the hotel I have severe allergies and health conditions but we had stay it's was to late to change and distribut our vacation and do another travelling for other hotels I really had bad night sneezing my allergy so bad I couldn't sleep and I was so upset if you have a chance to book this hotel I don't recommended for someone have allgery and this hotel is pet friendly it's not helping for that matters

The room was not clean there was no soap on the bathroom. Staff was not helpful neeed an extra pillow and could not get it

Very spacious, comfortable bed, well equipped and roomy.

When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk. After waiting, I politely made my presence known. When a staff member finally came to assist me, I explained that I was checking in. To my surprise, I was told there was no room available, despite having spoken with hotel staff the night before and being assured that a note would be placed on my reservation regarding my late arrival. What made the situation even worse was the lack of professionalism from both the front desk staff and the manager. Rather than apologizing for the apparent mistake or attempting to find a solution, they were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. At no point did anyone acknowledge the inconvenience they caused. I was treated as though I had done something wrong simply because I was understandably upset about being left without a room after making prior arrangements. Instead of showing empathy and customer service, the staff made an already frustrating situation much more unpleasant. This experience fell far below my expectations. I will not be returning to this hotel, nor would I recommend it to others based on the way I was treated. If I could give a zero star, I would.

My only complaint was that there was some kind of musky smell in the room, I think it was coming from the ac. It was strong in the room I was first given, at first I thought someone cooked something funky in the room, when I asked for an exchange it was less pronounced in the second room but still present. Other than that I would not hesitate to come back when I return to the area. I liked the gym and the laundry was vey convinient.
