Hot water in shower could not be changed to cold, could only have scalding hot. Hot tub wasn't available. Based on other reviews it's been down for months. Very little selection for food and drinks.

The stench coming off the elevator while going to our room made me sick to my stomach, the beds and pillows were horrible, definitely not a good quality hotel.

I liked the pool I never used because I checked out early! The room was filthy, sink had rust, the bathtub was dirty, there was bugs and the room wasn't wiped down to where I saw the dust and the floors were not swept, I told the guy working at the front desk and he did nothing, he said he couldn't help me, but I could stay 2 hours longer, why would I want to do that when I didn't feel comfortable to take a shower. I'm calling my credit card company and I'm going to show the pictures I took of the room. The manager was supposed to contact me which no one did. Horrible place don't stay here, cheaper and cleaner hotels are on the boardwalk!

I expected continental breakfast and found out that there's a $18 for a buffet. I asked them to check and I don't believe their computer was working they couldn't check the Expedia reservation. Doesn't look good for Hilton or Expedia. I have stayed at this hotel before, it's needs a serious make over.
