I didn’t like anything about the place. First off we should have been told it was closing some of the amenities were available ie pool. The back was dark, people hanging out. You can’t see.

Upon driving up from North Carolina I called to ask about a possible early check in. I was told that they were over booked and looking for an alternate place for us to sleep which was confusing to me because the woman who answered the phone said she had been looking for “all of the guests that would be affected including my name” but the reservation was placed hours in advance with no attempt at reaching out. Not only were they not even close to full capacity but the pool that I paid extra for instead of staying at a cheaper hotel was closed. Fast forward to the next morning while ignoring a lot of other nonsense and the breakfast which was another huge part of why I chose this place because they make a huge deal about how good it is on the site and had asked the operating hours of on check in was instead closed. Very rude staff then belittled me and another guest over the fact that on weekends the hours are different which neither me nor the other guest read on the site during booking. They are allegedly closing next week and turning into apartments according to staff which is why they just don’t care. Avoid this place entirely. VERY rude staff,0 amenities and what should have been a decent stay was ruined by the fact they lied every step of the way.

I liked the location, the layout of the suits, the kitchen was well equipped, and had what was necessary to have a pleasant and comfortable stay, the breakfast they offered was very nutritious and had variety for the whole family. the staff very friendly, We couldn't assemble the sofa bed.

Everything was very nice at the room, just one thing I did not like is the bathtub with hair all over the place. 👍

I would like a reimbursement this facility was littered with debris and trash and the rooms were FILTHY

Utensils in the room was dirt in the dishwasher and room had a funny smell

The room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable although the sheets are scratchy, but everything was clean and in working order. Make sure you have the same card that you booked with, because the staff gave us some difficulty about that at check in, but overall our stay was quiet and comfortable.

I thought the breakfast service was excellent. I'm gluten free so there weren't a lot of options, but having fresh fruit, potatoes, breakfast meat and yogurt was good. I ate the hard boiled eggs instead of scrambled. The two staff members who I met in the breakfast room (one woman, one man) were both keeping everything clean and well stocked. They were pleasant people to interact with, and very helpful. My room felt gross. There were stains from cigarette butts on the nightstand, tv stand in bedroom, and also on the cushion on the pull out couch. The screen on the bedroom window was all bent and did not fit in the window (temps were in the 80s) so I wanted some fresh air but not without a proper fitting screen. Carpets were worn and dingy, and there were ants crawling on the kitchen counter. I reported all of these to the staff at checkout.

Everything was just perfect.

Staff member was welcoming, property was very clean and quiet, and the room had everything I needed. I would definitely be happy to stay here again.

I always book in that hotel it was okay but this time was the worse I always ask for cleaning the room and never came and when they came told me can we come clean the room told them 30 minutes just for us to leave the room so they could clean but they told now or we would clean the room
