We had a wonderful stay at Sonesta Simply Suites Somerset, NJ. The free parking was a great benefit and made our trip much more convenient. The housekeeping ladies were very cooperative, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism and positive attitude were greatly appreciated and helped make our visit even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff provided great service overall. The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom floor, as several tiles were cracked and would benefit from being reinstalled or replaced to enhance the guest experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend Sonesta Simply Suites Somerset to anyone visiting the area. The only disappointment during my stay was being charged $25 for a late checkout of just 2 hours. While I understand hotel policies, I felt the charge was a bit high for such a short extension. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were welcoming, professional, and friendly from check-in through check-out. The room and all common areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I also appreciated having access to the fitness center, which was clean and had everything needed for a good workout. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located, making for a relaxing overnight stay. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others. Nothing. The staff, cleanliness, and overall experience were excellent.

The handicapped accessible room was not 100% wheelchair friendly. The whole place had an unpleasant odor. First floor lacked privacy, people walking right alongside windows. Old, worn, needed updating.

Great staff and easy check in. Bed was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Stateside Bar and Pierce Street Bagels and Deli are great places and right across the street. Also good Italian , Japanese and Chinese places in the same mall.

The entire hotel smelled funny, it smelled like a giant fart box to be honest. My room was clean and felt safe and comfortable and in a decent area. Unfortunately, not all of the equipment was working properly in the gym.
