Only issue was I booked a 2 queen beds and was given a king.

When we arrived we were notified the room I had reserved week's prior was not available and there were no rooms available for our family.

My second time booking with them. I enjoy and love my stay here. The room is always very clean everything neat where it’s supposed to be. The staff is always friendly and inviting they always make sure your stay is going great making sure everything meets your expectations parking is awesome, location is awesome and breakfast is great. . the staff was courteous.the bath room faucet was loose/broken when I checked in.. The maintenance staff came and fixed it. Coffee was not hot enough and when we mentioned to the staff she ignored it. It was around 10.30am, right after bfast time. Staff wanted to charge 75.00 for early check_in by couple of hours.

Clean room, modern and new. Breakfast was fresh and Hampton Inn style. Staff very pleasant and helpful and ample parking. Close to everything you may need and access to interstate not far away

The hotel did not have record of my selected request of early check in during booking the room then wanted to charge me an additional fee of $75. Ultimately they did not honor the request due to no housekeeping staff being available prior to 11am.

Staff was friendly, professional and accommodating! Hotel was clean, and breakfast was open early and was well stocked throughout the breakfast time! Love having access to coffee all day and night.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool. Well it was closed for the day and they told us that it would be open the next day. But we were only there for the night. They didn’t seem to care. So much for we will make it 100% right.
