Beautiful Hotel and grounds. The rooms are lovely and the pool is amazing. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The terrace for our room had stunning views. We were in town during the Festa di Sant'Anna and even saw the fireworks from our terrace - a nice treat! Highly recommend! Nothing - great place

The hotel was everything we could of asked for. The front desk and staff at breakfast were wonderful. We liked how central the hotel was to the rest of town and the rooms were very clean .

Every interaction with the staff was great, too. The bed was surprisigly comfortable. I think the overall value in Peak season is reasonable. Europe in general with these 4 star ratings is overstated. Coming from North America I would look at this as more of a 3 star type accomodation. Little things. The shower setup is weird and didn't drain properly, and when you get out there's so much water outside the shower area in the bathroom. To no conditioner in the shower. I get it. We're in Italy and it's not something usually provided. But still.

Great location, a minute walk from main square, customer service outstanding A bit pricey

Some staff are not friendly, especially at the site of breakfast facility. We arrived at the hotel earlier and the room is not ready, we talked to reception staff to ask if we can have coffee while waiting for the room. The staff was kind and agreed with our request. We went to the breakfast place and have coffee. My wife had a few pieces of fruit and I had a cup of juice when we were waiting for our Americano coffee . However, the breakfast site manager called someone and we were told we have to pay full breakfast 30 Euros per person. After discussion, finally we had to pay 13 Euros for a cup of juice and a few pieces of fruits. Suddenly my great 10 years’ feeling of this hotel changed.

The location of this property was the best feature in our opinion, along with being a classy looking hotel with pleasant staff.

This hotel is really very good. You cannot beat its location. Just perfect. I really liked everything. I could maybe just suggest that perhaps a lunch option served in the breakfast room with some shaded umbrellas in the court yard might be good addition one day.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The breakfast had me eating when I wasnt even hungry because the food was so good. The Staff was very attentive and took care of our every need. I would definitely come here again and will recommend this place every time. Nothing. It was great

The hotel was in the perfect location, the staff were very helpful, welcoming and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We needed a doctor when we were there and the staff helped arrange things and we had a visit within 45 minutes. I would stay here again. Everything was great.

Staff was exceptional and very helpful. In particular, Fabio was truly outstanding and provided wonderful recommendations for dinner and overall customer service! Daniela also did a very good job with prompt and helpful replies via email as we were planning the trip!
