Friendly staff and great location

Great location, staff were very helpful even offering us breakfast boxes as we checked out at 5:30am. Sky bar and lobby bar were lots of fun.

The hotel was in such a perfect location! The hotel was clean and the staff super friendly! Would 100% stay there again. We loved the rooftop bar at night, was a great vibe and the views were great! There is also a great pizza place opposite that does takeaways. The location is in the square and amongst many lovely places for drinks but no noise can be heard from the hotel, it is peaceful and quiet. Nothing

The location and the pool were the most convenient. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is worth it Our room had a a banging noise inside the wall, maybe a pipe or something from the air conditioning unit. Since we were not really in the room and I sleep with ear plugs it didn’t bother us. I let the front staff know about it since the next person checking in might have a problem. The were apologetic and said they will look into it.

Location, cleanliness, staff friendliness and helpfulness. Roof top pool. Proximity to tour meeting spots. Our room overlooked a street that was lined with scooters in the evening- at 12 am they revved their engines and left almost en mass

This was a lovely hotel right in the center of town, just off the main avenue. Everything about this hotel is exceptional and truly deserving of the 4 Star rating. We picked this hotel, as we decided to extend our stay and the original booking at another hotel did not have availability. The Plaza hotel allowed us to not only check in early, but also use the pool (lovely) prior to checking in. Breakfast was delicious and almost overwhelming with choices. The hotel is very convenient to shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk (or less). Nothing

Breakfast was very good and very attentive, friendly staff. The room was spacious, bright and nice view. Would definitely stay there again. Location was excellent! The pool got a bit crowded, however it was a very busy time of the year.

Great location, staff very helpful, very clean!! It was my daughter’s 25th bday and our first day at their amazing breakfast which was included, they brought her a cake and sang happy birthday. We were shocked and extremely happy. They set up car service and fabulous reservations that we were not able to make ourselves. I would highly recommend the plaza hotel in Sorrento! We liked everything about the property, we have nothing negative to say

Perfect central location, extremely clean, staff polite and helpful, delicious breakfast! Would have loved a coffee maker of some kind in the room!

The staff was awesome, aways pleasant and helpful! We also arrived very tired and did not have to wait for a room, which was appreciated. Clean, pleasant stay and nice breakfast. Great location, walking distance to everything. Would stay here again, if we return. Nothing negative to say about Hotel Plaza.

Comfortable room and bathroom, great location! Loved the elevator in the building too. Pricey for what it is.
