Very comfortable and clean. We did late check in and they were very helpful. Great price and the hotel is super close to Sorrento main places to see.

If you want to be downtown its not the place for you but if your like us who want to be a little outside of it it is perfect. Taxis and bus is basically at your doorstep when needed.
-
We loved it but if you want to be close to the center of town its not for you but the bus runs by regularly and Taxis are always available to take you to town
-
Very nice and clean with very good stuff Little bit far from the town

I was happy on my stay

Breakfast was ok but quite basic as buffet only and only scrambled and hard boiled eggs offered. The coffee was truly awful, would never have guessed we were in Italy. The pool and patio could use an upgrade. There is also no sidewalk for half the walk into town so you are effectively on the side of the road next to traffic. There is a bus that runs regularly but for our return home from town after dinner the bus never showed on two different nights

Very nice hotel, the room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great, location was little bit far from town square. the bar was okay, actually when you ordered a drink and they had draft beer for example, they served you kind of very nice and tasty snack combination for free. The reception staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. thanks to the receptionist name Alphonso, if I remember correctly, I had a successful trip to Capri. The day I arrived, I received memo from my tour operator cancelling my next day boat tour to Capri and Blue Grotto due to the rough seas. When I spoke about it with receptionist Alphonso, he said that we better wait till tomorrow morning, perhaps I can still go to Capri on my own. He mentioned the public ferry between Sorrento and Capri, he said that this is a quite large ferry and it may still go to Capri, despite the rough seas. And the next day at 7:00 am, he called the port to find out if the ferry is still providing services, they confirmed that the ferry is servicing Capri, and I ended having wonderful day in Capri, visiting town and walking to the observation place with stunning views, and finally to the top of the Capri, enjoying breathtaking view while visiting ruins of the Jovis villa, the emperor Tiberius Villa. Later on I found out the my tour did not include this, as I think it was quite a physical challenge to get there. I missed the Blue Grotto, and later on I learned that this was quite often a case as the sea had to be almost perfect for that. The location, too far from the town square with shops and restaurants and the hotel did not had its own restaurant.

The staff were helpfull when we ask to change our room (first time in my life I ask to change room) That hotel was REALLY disappointing for me and by far the worst hotel we slept during our entire stay in Italy (and we slept in dorms in hostel many times before that...) I think the worst part is the insonorisation. There is none. Normally I am an heavy sleeper and noises aren't a problem for me. The first night they put us just behind the reception. We could here everything... The people coming in and out of the hotel during the night, the public toilet flushing, the sound of the cafetaria in the morning, etc The second night they thankfully move us to the 3rd floor. It was a lot better. We could still hear people in the corridor and my neighbour was coughing during the night but I was still able to fall asleep without a problem. But still the worst insonorisation we had during our stay in Italy. The queen bed is two singles beds brought together which is weird but I think it was mentionned when we booked. The shower was really tiny and washing my hair without hitting my arms against the wall was difficult (and I am a tiny woman). They said they had a laundry service when we booked but they don't. They need to call someone from a shop to come and take your laundry. Lastly it takes around 25 minutes by foot from the train station and there is no sidewalk at the end. So the location isn't great.

The staff was very nice to us, creating a special environment for everyone at the hotel, specially barman at the restaurant who helped us and gave us some very useful tips do plan our day at sorrento. People from reception helped us exchanging money and the waiter at breakfast made our day. Very clean, good food, big room size, beautiful. The tv could improve The beer we bought from bar was not cold

Everything, specialy the breakfast The bathroom a little but old
-
The location is more convenient for those who have a car

The bar staff were great. The gentleman who served us in the evening was extremely pleasant. The room was not great. The toilet smelt bad when you walked into the room and the shower was not clean. It’s on a busy junction so very loud all day and all night with car horns

The hotel was very good, all staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. The only thing I would say was the hill up to the hotel but it was manageable.

Very tidy, pretty hotel. Clean rooms, beautiful landscape, good breakfast and nice and helpful staff! 1/2h walk to city down the hillside, bus also goes near to hotel often and is cheap. Easy to go other places near Sorrento.

Great hotel, situated on the road out of Sorrento with bus stops just up the road, the walk into Sorrento took around 15 mins. We stayed three nights, taking their advice on a day trip to Capri which I highly recommend, it was a small group tour. Next door to the hotel is a lovely little restaurant which I would also recommend. The hotel is lovely and clean, however our room was a little dated, particularly the bathroom. We also struggled with the noise from other guests, particularly on our corridor, who were extremely noisy into the early hours. Breakfast was good, but we did not have dinner. All the staff were lovely, particularly the barman in the evening and the guy who checked us in and advised us on the trips.

Very good

It was clean and comfortable. The team were amazing and helpful and gave us some good local tips! The food in the restaurant was also fantastic. The decor is slightly dated and lighting in the bathroom dim, however, these are only minor issues. We arrived the day after it opened for the season so everything was clean and fresh.
