The hotel is very clean, good Breakfast, great view and nice staff. Location is a little remote from the main center but it’s okay since the shuttle is available as needed.

The views from the pool area are stunning. The staff is very warm and friendly. The breakfast spread is lovely and they can prepare extra items on request as well. My daughter loved the pool and I was able to order a drink from the pool area bar. Seating areas surrounding the pool are nice for day or night, to enjoy the view! There is a hidden gem of a restaurant with spectacular grounds and views that we were blown away by… just down the road on the curve. If I had to mention one thing it would be the air conditioning and not being able to adjust it. We woke up hot in the middle of the night sometimes and it appeared the AC would just automatically shut off. But once turned on again, it was fine.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful Property in a Perfect Spot I loved this property for its peaceful location just outside the busy centre of Sorrento. It felt quiet and relaxing, surrounded by beautiful scenery, yet the free shuttle made it easy to get into town whenever we wanted. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A wonderful place to unwind and enjoy Sorrento!

The location was amazing!! Very relaxing vacation for us!! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, the views were spectacular, the bar staff were friendly, the pool area was relaxing and a fun way to spend the afternoon away from the hustle/bustle of the town. It was nice that breakfast was included when booking our stay and there was much food to choose from at the buffet breakfast. The breakfast food quality was okay. If not taking advantage of the free hotel shuttle, the bus system can be tricky to navigate and taxis are quite expensive (which the hotel staff will let you know upfront)

Beautiful vista Highly trafficked road right in front of our balcony. Restaurant was limited but food and service were good.

The property was so fun! It was very clean and the staff and the views were exceptional. The patios for the rooms were absolutely amazing. Very big and our group of 4 enjoyed wine on the balcony every night, it was so spacious and had the most amazing view. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The tours we booked through the hotel were perfect. The bedding was comfortable but could be a little better. The property is a little ways from downtown but the shuttle is great. It just takes some coordinating for your plans.

Everything!! At first, the windy road up to it was intimidating to me but in the end I liked it.

Hotel Prestige Sorrento Great friendly staff, gorgeous views, very nice pool area, kids loved it. Only drawback, it was a bit out of town. However they had a free shuttle service that operated frequently..would definitely go back.. 20 minutes drive

The hotel was super cozy! We loved the staff, the property was super nice! The room was quite unique! Kind’a modern! It had a great balcony too! Luigi, the shuttle driver, was amazing! He helped us to get around Sorrento, and was so friendly! The air conditioning had an auto off system that made us a bit uncomfortable for a couple of nights till we figured that this could be by passed by the staff. We were good then! And, one night, the hot water wasn’t coming in to the room! It was fixed only the next morning.
