Absolutely stunning experience - the host was so nice and helpful, the property had amazing views, wonderful breakfast. Overall, we had amazing experience.

Absolutely incredible! The place, the vibe, and the staff were beyond perfect. She even went out of her way to drive us to the restaurant and then to the bus station on our last day. Everything was spotless, organized, and beautiful. Huge thanks for such an amazing experience! ✨?

Villa Costanza is in a great location, perfect if you want to hike the Sentiero Italia in the Sorrento Peninsula. There are great hikes all around the Villa that you can start directly from there. Costanza invited us for New Years Eve dinner with her family once she understood that our restaurant did not follow through on our booking. Great host, she saved us.

Very clean room very comfortable bed great location very friendly and helpful hostess . Amazing view and amazing decoration Breakfast needs something salty. Last 100m to reach the property by car was a bit tricky but doable

The place is really tranquil and relaxing. Costanza is super friendly and helpful. The view from the breakfast porch is amazing and the breakfast itself is great! The descent from the main road to the property is super steep and really really narrow. It's pretty scary with a car and quite hard and dangerous on foot. Only book the place if you are not scared of damages to your car or if you intend to mostly stay and relax at the property. The hot water in the shower is hard to get right.

We received great hospitality from Constanza, and we felt like visiting a close friend. View from the terrace is magnificent, and the coffee and homemade breakfast and cakes are delicious. There are also sunbeds and hammock that we used while relaxing at the villa, which we needed after visiting bussy Positano and Capri.

Fantastic host! The place has wonderful view and pleasant homemade food. It is quiet, perfect to relax, jacuzzi provides magic therapy after long day tours. Parking is included. Highly recommended! N/A

The breakfast was homemade and delicious. The staff are great. The location is excellent, just a short walk to restaurants and a Winery. Teddy the dog added to the stay.

Amazing location, beautiful view. The room was spacious and clean. We had a medical emergency during the stay, Costanza and her daughter helped us greatly commmunicating with the authorities and making sure we are ok. If arriving by car know that the roads are a bit narrow and difficult.

Everything was great. The place has an amazing view and the infrastructure is impressive. The view of the lake is something you are going to remember for a long time. The breakfast is also very good.

It was really amazing place, with unbelievable view of the sea. The breakfast was very nice, and I would like to thank Costanza for baking us a fresh cake every morning. Appartment was super clean and had very comfortable beds. Also not to forget car parking behind gate was a great plus. I can't think of anything. Just be ready that roads are narrow as in whole coast.

The villa is very beautiful,the garden too,don’t mention the woman she’s talking care about everything and is very kind.The view is incredible from terrace. We went there in January and we’ve got only the last day with ☀️. Access rod is a bit complicated and you need to be a good driver to get there. Narrow roads and corners to get to the address,but not impossible. And the real thing that I didn’t like(and this is everywhere in the world) by winter time nobody keeps the room heated and when you’re there for checking the smell of moisture is strong. I’m telling this because I have a family member that she arrived at hospital in USA because of moisture’s smell. So consider this if you’re going in winter time.

Superb
