Room is too small

The room was good, the bed was comfortable, although the room didn’t get dark at night and the air conditioner was a bit noisy

Perfect location, close enough to the main areas that it was a quick walk but far enough away that it wasn’t too noisy. View out of our balcony was gorgeous and the Air Conditioning was phenomenal (on par with US hotels) Staff was not around at all which made it hard to contact anyone. Check in process was confusing as nobody was there so we didn’t even know where the office was. Also housekeeping took our towels one day and forgot to replace them (we got new ones the next day but had to use our beach towels to shower).

Perfect location for things in Sorrento

Great location. Close to restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions. Small balcony offered very nice view of very nice surroundings. Joanne was especially helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant on the ground was very convenient for breakfast and afternoon breaks. Room was nice but small. Mattress was a bit firm for our taste.

No breakfast was included! Location was great! Poor internet connection - we didn’t have it for 3 of the 4 days we stayed there

Great location- Sorrento isn't huge anyway, but you're only 10mins from literally everything. We arrived by train and its 10mins max to the apartments- 10mins to the ferry port, and less than 5 to the heart of shops and dining. Room was cute- clean and even had a balcony. Staff were friendly and made it all work- we checked out left bags for the day etc. Nothing.

The location was great for a visit to Sorrento. There is a lovely restaurant just outside the door with great food and nice staff.

Really enjoyable stay. Check in was fast and the staff were very nice and helpful. Room was big and beds were comfortable. Great location and the Wi-Fi was perfect.

Location and proximity to restaurants; accessible by foot from the train station; warm shower Ongoing construction at the time of stay although we were offered another room upstairs but we chose to stay in the provided room; bed is too firm for our liking

Location was great and the room was so nice and cold. Easy check in and check out. Had luggage storage.

Tha location was absolutely amazing. We loved that our room was cleaned every day. The roof top balcony was incredible. We know this may be out of the owners control but three of our five nights we had little sleep. There were children screaming for hours right outside the roomsand we were unable to sleep. This went on until well after midnight. It was the single most frustrating and disappointing part of our Italy adventure so far.

The pillows , the lack of lighting and not enough cups for the people in the room .

The location was great. My room was clean and large. The bathroom was clean, modern, and large for Italy. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The view from my window and small balcony was beautiful and interesting. The stairs were difficult with baggage for someone of 77. The staff was very kind and helped with my bag coming and going.
