The breakfast not much and always its empty

The drinks were not good when ordered from the bar. It also would have been nice for the property to keep 1 pool open late.

Beautifully designed. Immaculately clean. Brand new everything. Stunning sweet. Crazy rooftop pool. Excellent beds and bedding. Fabulous amenities. Food and drink wasn’t at the same level as the rest of the experience.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and modern. It's conveniently located just a 10 minute walk from the train station and about 20 minutes from the port. The breakfast was really good, with a wonderful variety of fresh fruit and other options to choose from. We stayed in a room with a sea view balcony, which allowed us to enjoy the breathtaking sunset every evening. We also spent time at the rooftop bar, where the view is stunning. A special thank you to Luigi, the pool attendant, who worked tirelessly every day to keep the pool spotless and welcoming. His dedication did not go unnoticed. We stayed for five days and were sad to leave. We hope to return someday!

Pool and hotel staff were friendly Took a long time to get pool drink service

The staff were great. The room was comfortable. The location was good. The towels were of low quality. The pool decking was dirty and by the end of the day with all the water it made mud. The deck chairs were stained and dirty. The breakfast was chaotic, and the food was powdered eggs.

This is not 4-star hotel and for the price I would suggest to look elsewhere. There is a renovated side of the hotel and non-renovated which is not made clear during the booking. We also booked a taxi to the airport which never came and after waiting for an hour we decided to order an uber and ended up missing our return flight. Antonella, from the front desk, was not very pleasant either.

It was modern, clean and staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. Only one time someone was a bit rude. I think it might have been a language difference thing. But I tried to explain my AC wasnt working. Apparently the cleaning staff left the balcony door handle open and this triggered the AC to shut down. I couldnt know as I didnt left it open. He got a bit impatient. I also tried to explain a glass broke. In general, it was the part of getting impatient that made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

EVERYTHING! The staff was amazing, especially the team out by the pool! The pool is stunning and great after a day walking or at the beach. The front desk team was great. Truly we had an amazing time. Nothing.

There is no shade at the pool, and it gets very hot during certain hours. It would definitely be worth ordering a few sunshades.

The breakfast was good, with a variety of options, including vegetarian choices. The pool was also great and a perfect place to relax after a day out. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again when visiting Sorrento. Highly recommended! ?

The location was about 10 minutes easy walk from the city center and from the train station which was amazing, the room was nice, quite big and very clean The breakfast wasn’t very varied but it was good

A stay with potential, let down by consistent lapses in service and accountability. Two-star behaviour with a five-star price tag. Nice outdoor pool- we didn't use this in our stay. The views from suite were lovely and the balconies were nice to sit on. Newly decorated, nicely done in main area's. Breakfast juices were far from fresh ( i had to order fresh separately, chargeable- which was kindly waived) , I was told salt ran out (!?!) with no one willing to resolve it, and waiting staff were difficult to flag down. A young couple arriving at the tail end of breakfast were let in but warned there would be nothing for them tomorrow — a needless and unwelcoming remark. On checkout, we were chased to be charged for two Nespresso pods at €2.50 each ( which the housekeeping called down to tell reception after we had already checked out)— something I have never encountered at a four-star hotel, where complimentary in-room tea and coffee is standard practice, especially in a suite.We even had free breakfast included so its not even like we were avoiding going down and pay for coffee?! I was so taken aback and embarrassed for them, I simply paid and left. The suite itself was somewhat clean, I won't go into details, freshly decorated but sparse - not even a sofa? and lacking in atmosphere — and had we taken the upgrade at the standard or offered rate, id have felt extremely short-changed at over 1000 euro a night. To top it off, our porter — working without a trolley — damaged the handle on a Louis Vuitton box bag despite being asked not to take it, and offered neither an apology nor any attempt to help. Every issue was met with avoidance rather than ownership. Two-star behaviour with a five-star price tag. Its a shame, it could be a very good hotel with some changes.

Everything was amazing. We arrived here exhausted after booking another spot that was not properly advertised, unsafe, and dirty. So our mood was a bit somber. The staff immediately made us feel comfortable, safe, and welcome. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The pool is gorgeous and was a great way to wind down after our busy days. We enjoyed it so much that we extended an extra night. I'm disappointed that they have to advertise a 3 star, when clearly they are a 4. Not one thing. Wonderful!

Swimming Pool Breakfast

The staff was amazing it was a late booking. Not only did the staff go above and beyond. They upgraded our room and also wheeled in an extra bed and we didn’t even ask. It was so nice.

I feel they they tricked me into paying for an upgrade on a room I already had. They suggested it and showed me the room. When I asked to see my original room, he had to go back and talk to someone for awhile, not knowing a room to show me... then came out and showed me a really crappy room at the bottom that didn't even have the 2 beds they said they would give me. So I really feel they cheated me out of the upgrade. But the Hotel itself was awesome.
