Hotel Bristol

It reminded me of the movie the grand Budapest hotel. It is grand in its own way and we loved it Breakfast can be improved a little with more cheese selection.

Hotel staff were fantastic before we even arrived helping with an additional room for the kids at the last minute. On arrival we were warmly welcomed and surprised by a lovely upgrade to a suite for us. Staff were so helpful throughout the stay from reception to the pool and to the bar.

Beautiful hotel w/ incredible caring staff! Breakfast served on the 7th floor with amazing Gulf of Naples views and the 9th floor rooftop pool/restaurant/bar were highlights! Loved our seaview room w/ balcony. Such an elegant, almost old world, hotel that made you feel special at all times! Incredibly easy to walk to town and all restaurants/sights, and market just few minute walk from hotel, quite convenient! We did have an ant problem in our room that was a bit annoying. Also, we found the pastry selection at breakfast average at best, especially compared to pastry shops in town. But they had so many other breakfast offerings, it wasn't a huge problem.

The view can’t be beat and is worth the very short walk to the city center. The service was fantastic! It’s hard to find anything wrong. I found the pillows a little flat for my liking but my wife liked them just fine.

This hotel is beautiful! We had a room on the top floor with an amazing view of the Sea and Marina Grande. The balcony was the highlight, it was huge and had a hot tub. We loved it! The hotel offered a great breakfast buffet. Overall, the stay was wonderful, very pricey but we were celebrating our anniversay and wanted something special. This certainly fit that bill! The only thing we would have liked is water in the room everyday. We had 2 bottles when we arrived and never received more. In fact, we were charged for a water bottle at breakfast when we asked for one to go. I just feel water in the room should be an everyday service not just upon arrival. Other than that it was great.

Room was large, comfortable, and clean. The view from the room balcony was fabulous. The staff were the most helpful and friendly that I have ever encountered. Food in the dining room was also very good. Nothing

The the moment we arrived the staff were amazing, very polite, tentative and could not be happier to do everything we requested.

Everything couldn't have been better the front desk was great , set up all our transportation, restaurant staff was spot on and stop by the lounge and see Alex great person and great bartender! The weather

Location, elegant building, amazing staff, super clean, I booked a double superior with balcony and ocean view that was amazing. Great breakfast! Im glad I have chosen Bristol Hotel for my stay at Sorrento. I will be back. Thank you Nothing

everything from location to rooms to staff were incredible. last five days of twenty day trip were spent at Hotel Bristol and they were best days of trip. nothing

Gorgeous views. Super professional staff. Room was clean, spacious and super comfortable. Views were superb. Generous breakfast too. Great amenities like the pool The crowd is mostly retirees. Not a bad thing but something to consider. Definitely changed the vibes. Also, my room had no plugs or usb ports by the bed.
