A place where time slows down, perfect for romantic couples and solo travelers seeking peace, beauty, and authenticity. Beautiful and quiet property, good american breakfast, very close from bus stop, comfortable rooms, very kind staff and excellent service. Nothing negative to write. Just recommend to improve de WiFi signal.

Beautiful location, friendly and helpful. Nothing

The hotel was jus basic and did nothing remotely welcoming. For ex, no water in room or available in lobby; you had to rent towels for pool, no iron in room and laundry room was not always readily available to use.. Breakfast was just fair-same thing everyday -fruit from a can and cold quiche -nothing special. Bar was fair -only had mostly cheap liquor for cocktails. Location seemed isolated so it was good there was a bus stop with a cafe nearby. The waterfront down the hill was nice with good restaurants but it was a very long walk and up steep hill on the way back. The hotel provided no car or golf cart service or give you a service to call so you had to find a ride back if available.

Great view

I liked the building since it has a history itself. There are some historical items in the hotel such as books where the stuff kept records of the guests from 1957. There are some pieces of furniture from those times. The hotel has it owns unique atmosphere. Everything is fine - bed, AC, shower, the staff. There are no pedestrian pathways around the location. It is hard to move around without a car. However, there is a bus stop in 50 meters from the hotel which operates every 20 minutes.

shower room was too small ( I am 4"8" 98 pounds).
-
Great View and terrace to rest at night and have a good drink. Beaches within 15 min walk. Excellent place. Nothing really.

The staff was lovely. I wish I could remember all their names. I remember wonderful Tina, Jose, Louisa, the young waiter who was going away to the University and all the other wait staff. Housekeeping, EVERYONE who worked the front desk, I think the breakfast was more than satisfying too. I sure wish taxis weren’t so $$$ , but that’s not Hotel Dania’s fault, plus the bus stop to town etc is steps away. All was great! Steps. But there is an elevator to room.

Friendly and helpful staff, fantastic view in a stunning location, clean room, good water pressure. Thin pillows. Otherwise wonderful!
-
Amazing staff, Tina at the reception was great help with booking attractions, showing us the best spots and how to get around! Everyone was super friendly, great food, location was close to downtown, only a bus away. There’s a few beaches walking distance I loved it all

The view is beautiful, the staf is very nice, the choice for breakfast is good for Italy. Location is ok, not far from Sorrento.

Location, view, staff, and breakfast all were excellent! Francesco gave us excellent suggestions when we arrived. We very much appreciated his assistance, and the assistance of the rest of the staff while we were there. So kind and friendly! Leaving…?

This is a lovely little hotel. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. It is in a quiet area of Sorrento and is clean. The view is nice and the rooms are comfortable. This is not a criticism, just to inform that it is far out of the center. To get to the center, you have to take a bus which is regular and inexpensive (2 euros) but fairly unreliable, or a taxi at 25-30 euros a pop each time. Too far to walk from town (about 40-45 min) and anyway there are no shoulders to the road so you can't walk- it's too dangerous! With the exception of the Bagni Regina Novanna nearby (which is great), it is far from everything else. Whatever you think you are saving by staying out of the town, you will likely come close to paying through transportation. Having said all that, we loved our calm and quiet stay there. The room itself was very clean and beds made every day, but there were ants on the terrace which I'm sure they've taken care of by now- they are very responsive. You had to go out on the balcony to see the sea (room 144) but there are better views from other rooms like in room 142. Breakfast was just ok. Fresh bread but little variety and things like a coffee machine dispenser (like you find in public offices) and canned fruit salad and packaged cookies and cakes. But the waitresses were nice and helpful.

Not the hotels fault, but there are a lot of ants that make their way to the balcony, but they do try and clean it each day. Thank you! also mosquitoes at night, so I had to close the balcony door. The shutters don't keep them out. A screen would have been good as I like to leave the fresh air in at night. Though it's lovely to sit out on the balcony with the view of the ocean. I had a hard time finding the bus , just in case others run into the same The bus is#008 Google Maps says 5070 (this is wrong) it's the bus to Massa Lubrense it's 2 euro on the bus, or you can get a ticket for 1.50 at the market after you get there. It's not the sita bus it's right in the corner after you get out of the train, go right, a public bus stop, go nearly to the end of the wall.

Very friendly staff, excellent service and very helpful

Amazing location and views from the swimming pool and terrace where you can have lunch, dinner or other snacks. Breakfast were good as well, there were enough options whether you want to have eggs , salami fruits or desserts. Easy and fast to get to downtown and port where you can get a ferry to different islands. Personnel was very helpful and polite. The hotel overall is very clean. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended! The hotel exceeded my expectations for the price we paid.
