Awesome view of the bay and ocean from the different floors of the hotel , very convenient location, good quality service 24 hours excellent staff service very helpful and kind , ocean view rooms with balcony and very clean and confortable , really nice pool with ocean view , restaurant offer really delicious food and bar service really good drinks plus live music at night gives a really nice atmosphere.... parking valet service if you have a car with you and shuttle ... and also they offer tour services that is convenient. Definitely a excellent option to stay if you want to spend quality time and enjoy your vacations ...

The views are absolutely stunning and the pool area is beautiful. Several staff members were also kind and helpful throughout our stay. The air conditioning was the biggest issue. Despite being set to the lowest temperature, our room remained extremely hot and we repeatedly woke up drenched in sweat. We had to ask three times before finally receiving a fan at 11 PM, and a second room key provided to keep the A/C running was later taken away. Housekeeping also entered our room despite the Do Not Disturb sign being displayed. On one occasion we returned to find our room door left completely open with nobody present, which raised serious concerns about security and privacy. Clothes were placed in the bidet during cleaning, and basic amenities such as shower soap were not consistently refilled. The room was near the elevator and the noise could be heard throughout the day and night. The bathroom ventilation fan also did not work, causing the room to become hot and humid after every shower. Finally, while the views are beautiful, the hotel is quite far from the center of Sorrento and the uphill walk back can be difficult, especially in the summer heat.

Location was great! The property was stunning and had a nice dining room and lounge area overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The AC did not work, it got hot in the room.

We loved how clean the hotel was, how beautifully it was decorated and the view was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and bountiful. We did not get enough information from the front desk regarding restaurant recommendations.

Great location over looking the sea. Great views and 15 minute walk to city center.

Great view! Floors were dirty, they have tiles that don’t clean well. We had ants in our first room and they relocated us…

Breakfast was excellent. The balcony was spacious w outstanding views. The room clean and comfortable. Location is not around shops or restaruants. Bathroom was small and awkward. The street in front is busy and potentially dangerous.

A little far from the main city center

The property is very clean and the view was outstanding overlooking Naples bay, There is a road under the rooms that it is heavily used, is the on road that leads to the Almaty coast and there is vehicle and motorcycle noise all they long The restaurant food was not pleasant barring the view.

Breakfast was Amazing! The Staff was exceptional, especially Antonio! Awesome location. Front desk was so helpful and we enjoyed the excursions they set up for us! I only wish we could have stayed longer! We are looking forward to a return visit to Hotel Minerva!

The friendliness and very accommodating vibes from the staff. The shower, it wets the floor really bad. We always have to put towels. The blockade to prevent the water from flowing on the floor doesn’t seem to help at all.

Exceptional

The hotel was exceptional! The room was lovely with beautiful views of the harbor. The staff could not have been more helpful. They arranged all of our tour bookings and transportation. The restaurant had some of the best food in Sorrento!

Nice hotel with a beautiful view! The outside dining is lovely as well. Pool was freezing, not heated. They did upgrade our accommodation, but the room had a musty smell. The room definitely needs a paint job. Probably all the rooms are in the same condition. Its an older hotel that needs some upgrading for sure! It's a very pricey hotel, so I definitely don't feel the value is there! It's a little further from town but we didn't mind the walk, it's about 15 minutes to the center. Also, there was an outside area beside our room that the staff used for smoking..we could smell it in our room & in the hallway. Not nice at all! The hotel was not busy at all, so they put out the same bowls for breakfast every morning , rarely replenished. Our room was over $500 a night, not cheap at all.
