The pool area with a view and the restaurant was great. Location was good, close to the centre, 10-minute walk. The breakfast was pentiful.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly, helpful, and professional. The view of the Mediterranean was splendid, the pool refreshing, and the breakfast sumptuous. The bathroom, especially the shower stall, was small.

It was a decent location and loved that we could kind of see the ocean. Great AC. Decent breakfast with friendly staff. The pool hours were not great, wasn’t very clean and the beds weren’t comfortable.

Air con was good. Booked on the basis there was a gym and a photo of it on Booking.com. There was no gym, just old equipment placed in to a tiny corner of what looked like storage space. It was completely unusable! Most of the staff were quite miserable. Limited breakfast choice, especially if you don’t want cake for breakfast.

Wonderful staff! Great pool! Great location within walking distance to everything. Excellent breakfast. The rooftop terrace and our room had amazing views of Vesuvius and the Naples bay. Parked the car downstairs was easy. The staff was so attentive and you just feel welcome, they all just get it far as hospitality goes. I am in the industry and was really impressed by them all. Nothing, it was great

Location location location If I had to come up with something I didn’t like I’d have to say that the coffee with breakfast was terrible. The americano coffee was like mud. Other than that the place was very very nice

shower in our room was too small. Maybe because we were in the older building. I cannot say if it is the same in both buildings
