Just a little far, but the shuttle made it perfectly!

Staff were amazing! Quite far from everything.

The view was spectacular. The staff were very accommodating. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was very good and the views are beautiful with Mt Vesuvius just across the bay.

Wonderful! Amazing views and away from all the crowds! Excellent, spacious, clean, and modern rooms. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They even offered us free breakfast and private transport to the restaurant nearby when we got there late at night. There is also a very good restaurant in the hotel. It’s convenient to have your own car, but they’re free shuttle buses. Overall we had a wonderful stay, we highly recommend this place to everyone!

I loved everything about this place! Great staff, fantastic views, clean and comfortable rooms, and much more. Definitely coming back!

Location Nothing

Great views. Staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Room was clean bed comfortable and water pressure was good for being on a hill. Breakfast was good and free shuttle bus to Sorrento was good. Room had too many stairs to get to it as it was it was on lower level.Shower was out dated. Broken tiles. Mould in tiles. Lots of Ants outside the room.

The location was further up on the hill, away from the busy city, which was pleasant. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service to downtown which made the location of the property worth it. Pool was nice and relaxing as well. Not far from a village, Sant Agata, located on top of the ridge - a must see for a short day trip.

הארוחת בוקר כללה מאפים ולחם עם קפה ומיץ (ההזמנה שלנו לא כללה ארוחת בוקר אבל הם היו אדיבים מאוד ונתנו לנו על חשבון הבית) הארוחת בוקר היא בחוץ אז מומלץ להתחשב בכך שחם (יש שמשיות) זה מלון יחסית בטבע, אז יש הרבה חרקים מחוץ לחדר. אין הרבה שמשיות בבריכה ואם יש אז מומלץ לתפוס אותן מספיק זמן לפני ההגעה.

the hotel is so nice , the view is breathtaking , the staff are nice , helpful , informative hotel is so so so far from the center and the sea , you have to use the shuttle bus which is every hour and wont wait for you for minute , cant use a taxi qoz it is expensive , breakfast is so basic . we werent able to do activities due to the location

The view, the staff and the breakfast and coffee. The room and bathroom were very simple and very basic. There was not even a toilet paper holder. Also while we appreciated the included shuttle service to Piazza Tasso, if the times didn’t line up with when you needed to leave/return to the hotel then an uber or taxi would cost between $58-90USD one way.

A 5 star experience! All The staff were extremely welcoming and very accommodating! Giovanni and Daniel were exceptional at their jobs. The room and the view were wonderful. We would definitely return here again! The shuttle down into Sorrento was amazing and easy to use. Thank you for a wonderful experience! No complaints

Beautiful views, staff was exceptional; pool, breakfast, cleanliness Lack of storage in the room for personal belongings; shuttle bus was good, but running only once an hour made it hard to plan activities in town.

The view, the view, the view. The views of the ocean and Sorrento were breathtaking from the balcony and main areas. The staff was super friendly. I enjoyed exploring the trails to the nearby town and down into the city. The room was spacious and fairly equipped. To get this view and be up in the hills you sacrifice proximity to the town and have to wait for a shuttle -- which was free and ran regularly -- but made mobility a little difficult. You just have to decide if you want the view or easy access to the town. If it's the view, then I highly recommend.

Residence Le Terrazze is set on a hill above Sorrento, with lovely views over the town below. The accommodations are more like apartments than standard hotel rooms, and mine had two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, and a porch. Some units are split over two levels, with stairs leading to the upper floor. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and convenient. The hotel, working with other hillside hotels, provides a free shuttle to downtown Sorrento, where you’ll find good restaurants and walkable shopping streets with small shops. From Sorrento, you can also take ferries to Amalfi, Positano, and Capri. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I could easily imagine staying here for a full week, enjoying the hotel, the pool, and occasional trips downtown to Sorrento for dinner. The breakfast is quite limited, with just a croissant, bread, and cappuccino. On our last day, we switched to a different room and noticed a few minor maintenance issues there.
