The staff was nice It was on the side of the mountain, the parking was terrible, nothing was an easy walking distance, and the breakfast that was included was a cold breakfast.

The staff is good We booked two nights at your hotel, but we had to check out after only one night because the room was full of ants and other insects. We were bitten several times, and the room was not clean or in an acceptable condition. We also have an allergy to insect bites, which made the situation even more concerning and affected our health and comfort during our stay. Due to these issues, we could not continue our stay and had to leave early. We kindly request a refund for the second night that we were unable to use because of these unacceptable conditions. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to your response.

Also, I received a clean room, and housekeeping was made in both days of the stay. Also, the breakfast was exactly what was needed, simple but tasty. There is a single thing that I would optimize, it's about shower gel and soap.

The dog was barking all night above our heads. ( it's the hotel's dog, which is crazy to know)

It strikes a perfect balance location-wise—close enough to be central, but tucked away from the busyness so it feels peaceful and relaxing. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. While English is a bit limited, it didn’t take away from the experience at all—everything was communicated with warmth and care. The property itself is lovely, with a beautiful stone restaurant and a great outdoor seating area to enjoy the surroundings. Our room was very cozy, and the bathroom was a great size as well. Overall, a charming and relaxing stay—perfect if you’re looking for something a little quieter but still conveniently located.

Such a cute, lovely hotel on top of a hill! I got Mamma mia vibes? The staff is very friendly and helpful, everyone is always smiling and happy! The breakfast is very tasty! We loved our stay here!?

The room was beautiful, very clean and big. To leave the property, you need to walk down a lot of steps. So when I checked out it was little difficult to go with my carry-on. It’s like a 4 minute walk the steps. Property is not in the center of the town. You need to take a bus or taxi that cost about 30 euros. If you don’t mind taking the bus which is 1.50 euros to go to town, it’s a great place to stay.

I had a great stay. The rooms were comfortable. I particularly liked the atmosphere and fresh breakfast in the morning.

Everything was amazing, even though the room felt a little cramped with not that much storage space. Also, Booking said there's a pool which we were excited about and saw in the photos, but it no longer exists.

Thank you, we love you Luca send us a video to show the way. Nothing

Beds were nice. Parking was free and available. Overly Expensive for what it was. Location seems a bit rundown. Trash and rubble everywhere over the property. No pool or anything. Very steep inclines to walk. Weird layout of the whole area. Breakfast is (even for italian standards- so coffee and something sweet) terrible. The self -service coffee-maschine was dirty and the coffee undrinkable.

The property was very nice, had an amazing view, and a great restaurant. The staff were amazing and so so helpful. Comfortable rooms, good facilities. Bus stop very close nearby. Loved our stay here and highly recommend it. The place was a little uphill so hard to walk with luggage but that is expected in the area, still would highly recommend!

Very clean and grounds are beautiful. Just don’t be scared of the tight driveway to get in. A bit far.

The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do. They sent a video on where to turn from the main road and onto the property which was extremely helpful. Highly recommend! Navigating to the entrance could have been challenging but their video that they sent made it very easy to find!!!

Plenty of cakes for breakfast, but only cakes, no bread rolls There is a bit of a walk from the car park, but they will transport you to and from in a golf buggy

The views to the sea and to Vesuvio, the garden, the staff… The orange juice should be natural and I missed scrambled eggs (you had to pay extra, but they did include boiles eggs).
