It is located in the heart of the action. I had items stolen from the room. When I reached out to the owner in hopes they’d be returned he became nasty and irate. Threatened to kick me out of the property, stopped cleaning the room, threatened to go to police (said I was slandering). He stated we kept the room messy because we were living out of suitcases with no place to put those suitcases. I was creeped out that he had been in my room. I was afraid he was going to throw our stuff out of the room and leave us with no place to stay in a foreign country. When I asked for toilet paper on my second day he became argumentative and told me it was in the drawer. When I said the drawers were empty he told me the cleaning lady told him there was toilet paper in the room. Why is he arguing about a roll of toilet paper??? And clearly his cleaning staff is not truthful

The location was phenomenal The entire lobby could use a little improvement. It was scary to enter. I taught I was on an abandoned building.

The location is perfect if you are wanting to stay in the historic center and be able to easily walk around. We had a balcony that faced the street which was an added bonus. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Due to the room facing the street there was a lot of noise late into the night but we did not mind.

It was a great spot. The staff was super helpful and accommodating.

Fantastic location and the host was excellent. Paulo checked on us each day to ensure that we were well and asked if we needed any guidance or recommendations. He was VERY responsive and even helped us when we needed to drop our luggage early to get to a planned outing. He location is right in the mix of things with shopping, sites, snacks, and restaurants. Just book it!!!!

Everything was perfect! Clean and cozy! 5-8 minutes walking distance from Sorrento train station, easy to find! You can literally get everything around. Highly recommend! Paolo was one of the best landlord we ever met. He was helpful and made everything easier! We spent amazing time in his place. Nothing

The place was perfect location and didn't need to walk far. The room is very clean, has great AC working unit, clear instructions on how to get there. Toiletries, iron, and blow dryer included. The room had flying insects. Perhaps it was that time of the year so our room definitely had some but without that it would have been a 10 our of 10.

An absolutely excellent stay. The location is unbeatable, right in the centre of town, surrounded by restaurants and shops. Only a 5 minute walk to either of the two ports. The room itself was lovely and clean, with great amenities. The owner was easily contactable and gave us some great advice before and during our trip. If and when we come back to Sorrento, we will be sure to stay here again. A real gem of a stay. Thank you!

Paolo was a wonderful and diligent host! As a solo female traveller I felt safe and looked after throughout my stay. The room was delightful and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever had in a hotel room! It was all lovely!

The location and the apartment are very good, the owner (Paolo) was very caring and helpful. church sound (every morning)

The apartment's location was unbeatable, with everything right at your doorstep. Just a 5-minute walk to the supermarket and another 5 minutes to the beach. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the host, Paolo, responded promptly with excellent recommendations for dining and activities. It's not essential, but it would be a nice touch to have a built-in USB phone charger port in the room. The breakfast vouchers are a great concept, though the actual breakfast only included a coffee and a pastry. It would be nice to have more options available at the local cafes.

Nothing… it was perfect!

Central location in the heart of the old town. The owner Paolo checked in daily to offer any support or help. Breakfast was very basic. A single drink coffee or juice and one foot item ie croissant or piece of fruit.

breakfast coupons for use at 2 cafes a few doors away. Excellent cappuchino and croissant. Host, Paolo, very friendly and accomodating. Checked on us often. Arranged luggage transporter, Francesco. Very helpful, pointng out good restaurants and shops. Private terrace. Didnt realize therir would be stairs to get up to the room. I broke toes and sprained ankle before I left for trip, so it was a little challenging, but made it ok
