Clean Located on busy street with lots of traffic and scooters. Too noisy

The room itself was as described and room was clean and everything went well. Only the upper shower didn't work and it didn't get fixed during our stay. Typical Italian breakfast meaning croissant, coffee and juice. The location was perfect and we are used to traffic noice. Fabulous location - ~5minute walk to the bus/train station, many local restaurants and cafes. Walkable to all major sites. Super responsive host and very easy check-in. Mario gave us early access to leave our luggage and was available to address the minor issues we had. Our place had a small balcony and was spacious enough. Breakfast was at a local cafe included a pastry, coffee and juice. We took the Circumvesuviana from naples and back. Get to the Sorrento train station 10-15min to guarantee a seat. The bus to Amalfi coast was also convenient - we managed our way to Positano and then Amalfi. Hiked up to Ravello and took a private shuttle down. Recommend taking the ferry back one way to save time and stress. Sorrento is a lovely town with great food and parks. The coffee near the bus/train was awesome. Blue Capri - fresh pasta and pizza was also great Walk everywhere! Nothing about the place. It was great! Chantecler restaurant was awful ;(

The room and bath room are perfect in terms of space, cleanliness. The balcony is great and adds more fresh air. The AC is perfect. The room has a coffee machine and you can find complementary biscuits added ( very kind service). The towels are so clean. The breakfast is in close restaurant. Only 50 m away. Very good breakfast. The hotel is very close walking distance to main area of city center. Gian is very helpful person and he kept in touch by what’s up to help us. Nothing. I did not have time to experience the pool

We recently stayed at Sorrento Deluxe in the Capri room on August 29, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The listing was purposefully deceptive regarding parking arrangements. It strongly suggested that parking was included, which significantly influenced our decision to book. However, upon arrival, we were informed that parking was actually available only at an additional cost of 30 euros on the street. This unexpected expense felt like a blatant misrepresentation. Had the listing been transparent about the parking situation, we might have reconsidered our booking. It's frustrating to encounter such misleading information, especially when travelling. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and updates their listing to reflect accurate details, ensuring future guests aren’t caught off guard like we were. Would not recommend unless transparency and honesty are improved.

Friendly staff ((Gian Mario)) who was waiting for us in the outer gate of the building until 9PM for easy and informative check-in. Also my reserved car park was well arranged and managed to be very near to the accommodation. Everything was well equipped.

Great location in Sorrento. Close to everything, beach, buses, trains, moped rentals, restaurants, etc… pool is good for kids or if you don’t like climbing steps.

Lovely rooms in the heart of Sorrento, just outside the old city walls. Italian breakfast was served in a friendly little cafe across the road - shall miss their delicious pastries! Private parking a few minutes away was organised by the host.
