Ulisse Deluxe Hostel

The staff at the Ulisse Deluxe Hostel was very welcoming. The location was great and the room was comfortable. The shower door can be extended so that water does not splash everywhere. I would also suggest a laundry service to make it a top notch experience. We brought our laundry out to a nearby laundromat but it would have saved us time if it was offered from Ulisse. I would also suggest including the pool in the booking price versus charging an extra fee. The extra fee should just be applied to the extra spa services.

In the center of town, 10 minute walk or 5 minute bus. Felt more like a hotel- my room had 4 single beds. Very comfy mattress and they included towels. Front staff had many great suggestions on Tours and activities. Noise in hallway could be heard. No lockers. No laundry. Was a fridge bit no kitchen anywhere so couldn’t make my own food.

The location was good , the staff was kind and helpful , the breakfast was so good There was not a kettle in the room, the wi-fi was week and it was cut off in the evening , the furniture and bathroom were too old even so the bed was comfortable

The only thing is the lack of large lockers in the rooms for your backpack. While there is a small safe box available for valuables, adding full-sized lockers would definitely be good of luggage security for guests even i have not had any problem about safety.

Great location to the heart of Santorini. No secure luggage storage if you get there early. It was just an open closet anyone could come in or out of. Only a safe in the room, no secure safety for luggage. The shower head must’ve been really old. It barely had water coming out of it. They tried to place me and come to find out all of the girls who checked in before me in a weird 2 twin beds put together situation. Each of us had to tell them we wanted a bunk instead (I had booked a bunk specifically).

Location & Staff, excellent service!

They are prepared with a lot of options for tours and gluten free breakfast, even tho quality of gluten free products is not the best. They provide you with a towel and change it everyday. I got the top bed and the stairs was beside the pillow of the person sleeping down, and plus, it was in a verry narrow space in between the bed and the closet. Very hard to climb up...

Could use some updating of beds/ beddings. Bathtub was clogged.

Staff was very helpful and went beyond to print Airline tickets, site info and more. Rooms were noisy. A group of young boys were roomed. They banged on walls, jumped off beds, used a bird whistle, yelling in rooms and hallways until 12:30-1:00a.m....very annoying and didn't get much sleep. Maids and guests moved beds on tile floors. The sound was loud and kept me awake. Doors on rooms were very heavy and made loud noises when in/out.

The two twin beds we asked for had no space in the middle, felt like one big bed which created an awkward situation fir my brother and I

Great location and friendly staff.

This is an upscale hostel that has been in business for a while and knows how to run a hostel. The rooms were comfortable, but not fancy. The staff were very responsive to questions, and the breakfast was expansive with something for everyone. As mentioned in other reviews, the location is wonderful and there is paid parking nearby. It was as advertised.

Clean, quiet, housekeeping and breakfast staff are excellent. No fan in bathroom
