Room was updated, clean and very comfortable. Excellent cold AC!

Our room just smelled we thought it may have been just cause the air conditioning unit was off before we got in there but no we stayed for three days and the smell never got better. Our daughter and her grandma stayed at another hotel and everytime they came over they noticed the smell! Also had a centipede in the room and a spider and webs hanging from the vent!

Nice clean and comfortable room. Good value.

There is a $100.00 deposit due at check in. There was a questionable stain on the chair in our room. The shower leaked and the room was very dim. The lobby and hallways were questionable with cracked tiles and dirty baseboards. The fish tank in the lobby looked very neglected. We did not look/use the pool or breakfast.

Excellent breakfast… ample parking & nice staff…

I didn't care for the coffee machine. I had no idea how old it was because it didn't seem fresh, it's like a push button industrial looking machine. The coffee didn't taste good but otherwise, everything else was great.

Excellent Staff. Great place to hang your hat.

Clean and quiet!

This was a most awful experience and Expedia did not make it right. I booked my hotel stay with Expedia at the Baymont by Wyndham in South Bend Indiana for June 15, 2026. The photographs online looked nice and the place looked clean. However, when I arrived to stay at this hotel, there were people just outside of the front door to the hotel smoking "cigarettes," and there were several cars in the parking lot with broken windows. I parked and went inside the hotel only to find it dirty and the fish tank on display in the lobby was murky and dark green. I decided at this point that the stay was not for me and I cancelled my reservation and decided to move on. I felt that the situation was unsafe for my stay, and I also felt that it was unsafe to have my vehicle parked at this location overnight. Expedia has dismissed my concerns. I will never book with them again.

Economical hotel for a quick overnight stay during a road trip. Room was very nice and the hotel location was very convenient. Staff was friendly as well. There were some renovations going on during our stay so it's hard to say, there wasn't much we didn't like.

The location was great for what we needed to do in the area. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The over head shower head was pretty cool. The breakfast was good. GYM! POOL! The gym needs a huge upgrade! One of the two treadmills didn’t work. The weights step wasn’t usable. The pool is ICE COLD! It was unusable.

A solid stay, comfort, clean, and a decent breakfast.

The rooms are great. Best shower I have ever been in in a hotel. Several people living there permanently not sure why.

Other than those things, it’s a good place for a stop over or longer stay.

Inside the hotel seemed fine, room looked nice, was clean at first glance but we only stayed five minutes Amount of people loitering around the hotel, outside and inside, was pretty uncomfortable. Weed being smoked in the parking lot, groups of people just hanging around, the upstairs balcony in the lobby was filled with people just hanging out, taking loud phone calls... Just a really unpleasant and unwelcoming atmosphere, felt like people were up to no good or it wasn't particularly safe to be around. We left five minutes after checking in.
