Dirty passages broken floors and uneven floors - noisy guests stomping on upstairs bedrooms- housekeeping virtually non existent- they run out of body wash and just do not respond to requests staff seem disgruntled- just not worth the money paid - would not stay there again

Excellent beds, very comfortable; great service, and the place was very clean.

Very quiet at night also loved the checkout being at noon unlike most others nearby.

Very unprofessional staff. I waited in a dark lobby (all lights were off) for 20 min to check in and rang the service bell 4 times. A man walked in from the street with a child and SO to come behind the desk and said “I don’t know where everyone is at, I’m not even supposed to be here today.” A “manager” eventually showed up. Very unkempt look, in sweat pants and house slippers, shirt with tears/holes in it. No one had a name badge on, let alone uniform. Neither seemed efficient working the computer system to get us checked in. We didn’t know if they were actual hotel staff or just people walking in from the street. Room smelled musty, stains all through the carpets. Trash through the hallway and stairwell. The whole situation just made us uncomfortable. We turned in our keys (back to an empty lobby office) and left.

Our power was out I have medical issues and need air it was so muggy and the fireworks and canada fires made it hard to breathe. My room was already cooled for me and the room was so clean the bed was great and the people was all friendly even fellow stayers Throwing my hands up.. I don't have a bad thing to say

This hotel was great for the Price. The staff were so friendly. I got a room with the Jacuzzi in it and it was so clean. My room was very clean. Parking was great. I will definitely be staying here again.

When I get there I’m told that my reservation doesn’t exist because when I booked with expedia the hotel I booked with (Microtel) was sold to a best western and the reservation got lost basically. The staff at the hotel was really helpful and kind. I’ll never use expedia again but that’s not the hotels fault. Also the customer support staff for expedia were literally the worst most USELESS people I have ever spoken to in my entire life. Just completely useless and unhelpful. We talked in circles for an hour about nothing basically and I couldn’t even really understand what the woman was saying. I’ll never ever use expedia again and I wish only bad things for the people who run that company :)

On the up side it was very clean, the bed comfortable and the staff was most gracious.

I was unable to check in because they are not pet friendly! I left exhausted and frightened, searching for a place to stay!!! Booking.com and Google search listed Sure Stay as pet friendly when they were not!
