Did not stay at hotel due to hotels.com booking this hotel and not the one we tried to book in Bend Oregon. Tried to cancel this room and the staff at this hotel and hotels.con along with the insurance purchased would not allow it. Eventually had to pay for a second room in the correct city and state. No chance anyone would have a trip to bend Oregon for several days and in the middle of that trip travel to south bend Indiana for 1 night. All 3 parties (hotel, hotels.com, and insurance) were not helpful and eventually said it was what it is and paid over $600 of 1 night. There is a high likelihood I’ll never use hotels.con again and will be telling everyone I know because of this service.

Sink drain was extremely slow... Also shower had no water pressure. Took a long time to take shower that should only take a few minutes.
