Overall a poor experience. Dirty hotel room and rude manager. Requested a refund and he wouldn’t communicate with Expedia regarding one. Would not recommend.

Exceptional

Location The bed towels, not enough towels I asked for more on the office. They say they don’t have anymore for checking. You have to wait outside was so hot. You can teven go inside the office. The place wasn’t clean enough.

Alpine Inn and Cedar Inn are excellent! Very helpful and nice people in the office. Rooms are clean and have great air conditioning, TV, and walk-in shower! Big clean towels, also. The only thing is it would be great if they added a couple small lamps inside the room. It’s a bit too dark and dim. That’s the only thing. It’s within 5-10 minutes walking distance from everything! Never any loud noise outside, either. Great place to stay!

The pool was beautiful and clean. The air conditioning was horrible. It was hot in August and my room was in the 80s at midinight. The shower pressure is horrible. They tell you, you have access to a private beach. They forgot to tell you that you had to pay. It was half off but still it was 30 dollars for 2 people.

This Inn reminds me of the old-style "6" chain. It was affordable and provided a clean, comfortable room, but the furniture was older & mismatched. There was free coffee, a microwave. and a small fridge in the room. Good climate control kept the room comfortable, and the windows opened allowing in fresh air. A recent remodel of the bathroom left the towel bar & shower handle without their screws, causing the towel bar to fall off the wall and the shower handle to fall off as well. The shallow hot tub was warm and relaxing, as was the pool area. Located on the California side of Stateline, but a great location to walk to Caesar's & Harrah's casinos a block away, as well as many restaurants and shops. Plenty of free parking in lots surrounding the property. Also included were two passes for admission-free access after-5 p.m. to "Lakeside Beach" at Lake Tahoe.

They need to clean better in the night stand we found used tissue paper , the coffee maker was old and dirty , the hair dryer didnt work , there was a piece of wood to cover an area from the ac that was coming off it was fall hazards.

Terrible! No towels in the room, No pillow cases on the pillows, Drain was clogged in the bathroom sink and the shower leaks standing water into bedroom with a very noticeable soft floor. The coffee machine is set up for coffee pods. There was one and the rest were loose coffee in the pack. No staff to be found in the morning..Needless to say, it made my wife very unhappy. Great, Thanks a lot! How about a refund?

Too sticky and smelly Unsafe and dangerous

It was one of the worse nights in a hotel ever me and my family are surprise this even is open there is mold everywhere including the toilet sink and shower the floors are so dirty that even standing with your socks will turn them black In a instant even the pool has mold and there was a giant bug in the pool luckily it was dead and they said they would give us a private beach as part of the room but all they gave us was a $10 coupon we still had to pay $35 for me my mom and dad and my little sis the beds also had stains and they gave us the worst hotter while the workers had there own apartment rooms we had 1 chair I REPEAT 1 FOR 4 WHOLE LiViNG PEOPLE I do not recommend Worst experience ever never again I will come here and I got sick from the hotel only come if your sending your worst enemy on a vacation.

The location I know we only stayed for one night, but it was quite disappointing. The room seemed like someone had just left and the bedding had simply been changed. There were labels left on the floor and inside the drawers. The kettle was really dirty and looked unusable. We arrived quite late, and I would say the staff were helpful

It is close to golf, casino’s, stores. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The facility was clean. We were told we could Check-in early at 2:00 but the office didn’t open until 4:00. I even called their number and they said I had to wait until 4:00.

Location It was an old motel that had some paint job. AC was struggling

It was very dirty, and the manager was rude—he even shut the door in another person's face because they told him the hotel was dirty 😡

Nice property for the price, good location next to casinos. With pool and hot tub. Black out shades were not the best. The dresser tops and floors were dirty. Accommodating staff I would stay again.
