Everything was great and quiet

Its a motel thats close by the strip and clean. However there is NO AC. If you need AC this is not the right place to stay. I got a room and it was written on the thermostat that there no AC. I went back to the office and ask to change to a room with AC. She said that the motel was eco friendly and all the rooms has no AC. She give me a fan instead. Its was 2 am and we just took the fan and call it a night. The fan was loud and the room was still hot. This will be the frist and last time I will be staying in this motel.

I couldn't receive my money back after cancelation.

Otherwise, the hotel is just overall run-down and sketchy looking. Because of the no AC, everyone has to have their windows open, and people are always in the parking lot trying to cool off, which is loud. We actually left before staying a second night because it was so bad.

Somewhat clean but no air conditioning or even a fan. Myself, my parter and my two kids were up most of the night due to being too hot. We tried leaving windows open to get air but there was way too much noise all night line from other people that were staying there.

Horrible. The room was dirty. The linens were dirty. There were bugs in every corner. There are no air-conditioners in any room. I didn't feel safe staying here. I will not recommend this property to anyone.

No air conditioner and was not stated. For the price no Air conditioner is crazy and unacceptable. If you are staying with kids not great place.

Bathroom and room itself needs better cleaning, the blankets were not cleaned, sheets were good.

AC was broken in both rooms. No fans were provided in lieu despite requests with the front desk.

No ac and the property was in tatters. Weeds grown up waist high. They painted the outside of the property and left the rest in bad condition. 1st room had bed bugs but the second room wasn’t in much better shape but no bugs. This was the worst room I’ve ever waisted money on.

It was close to strip and beach area. They gave vouchers to enter private beach. There was no A/C, there was a black widow in the tub upon arrival, there was only one little bar of soap. The pool was of of commission. There was no iron or ironing board. There was a broken floor wall heater in bathroom.

If I could give this place lower than 1 star I would. -1000! There is no A/C! There is no breakfast! There isn’t even anyone at the front desk in the morning. During check in I was told the A/C hasn’t been working for 2 months. It is the summer and pool looks condemned! It was so hot in the room we had to leave the windows open just to get some air. A creepy man was looking through our window. I would never stay here again. Extremely disappointed this hotel is a joke. I want my money back!

Pésimo hotel, sin aire acondicionado… y no dice que no tienen aire cuando uno hace la reservación, por la calidad de la propiedad no se puede pagar más de 93 dólares como mucho, está sobrevalorado… pague 565 dólares por una noche, el cual esperaba algo más cómodo e higiénico!

No A/C Nothing like in the pictures A $100 room Almost $500 a night they take advantage of the demand knowing there's no hotels vacancy available anywhere near. Avoid it as much as possible.

There is no continental breakfast. The heater did not work. The private beach that we had access to cost to get into. the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. We picked this place to attend a concert. It served its purpose, but not having something to eat in the morning was disappointing.
